Very slow service and staffs are maximum trying to avoid the customers by informing that the issue cannot be solved from the visited place and to contact the call centre. The only staff who works patiently and solves customer issues is Mr. Surin Walker..

MISERABLE TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY! MONOPOLY, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROBLEMS AND ISSUES ARE NEVER SOLVED WITHIN REASONABLE PERIOD AND NEED TO BEG FOR IT TO BE SOLVED! After all these years of continuous complaints didn’t you consider to fix your own issues and deliver better services for the people? We will pay, but at least make it worth it! Even developing countries have better telecommunications services and infrastructure at the fraction of the price Etisalat is asking for their worthless services!

One of the most primitive service. Can to change my company line during covid shutdown and the process to follow was:Visit the branch and submit your trade license and establishment card to update their system. They won’t accept this on email. Waited for 1 hour 15 mins.Then go home and send an email to cancel the line. Which will take 4 days.Then visit the branch again with all same documentation and apply for line again. Waiting for 1:45 minutes in queue. Don’t know what will be next. In a country where the government is so advanced that you can setup companies and do the whole government process online, a telecommunications company that should work on the forefront of innovation operates in this fashion.

Etisalat Head office building situated very close to the Dubai World Trade centre on Sheikh Zayed road and metro station is an iconic building and a landmark in this part if Dubai. At specific times if the year it is very tastefully lit with different designs and messages. Numerous facilities and services available across the counter or self service. Excellent ambience and decent staff.

Very poor services from etisalat!! have given a request for shifting and technician called me and when I told the location the technician told that their team have entered address wring and will get call shortly. I called customer care after 2 days as I did not get any information from them they told they tried to contact me but the mobile numbers are wrong. even after launching complaint for 2 times there is still no update and even after updating the contact details the team is telling wrong number and no solution. Its already 17days now and there is no response.

Innovative & futuristic building design which is immersed in the culture & history with this ship design. The front side is not in the main artery of Dubai so not many ppl know about this beauty. It could be an excellent spot for Instagram photos if marketed.

The best telecom service provider in UAE. The network is absolutely fabulous as compared to the competitor DU. So if you are looking for good service this is the operator to go for. The activation process is really fast and the service are for all type of customer depending on the usage. The customer should be very sure of what is buying as many a times there are exit charges that are high.

Long waiting on-site or even online. Most importantly, ZERO technical knowledge for their Sales as well as Support staffs - Just robots running on algorithms!

Its an Etisalat work building. Has etisalat front office too, where customers are entertained. You can buy etisalat product and experience the Etisalat Experience for the products and services.Building also has a cozy coffie shop, which is a a little over rated !Parking is tough one at this building. As the employee base is huge and parking is scares. So better to part your car at some near about parking places if you plan to visit this building or you can try your luck with the building parking. Yes it also has valle Parking if you can spare a little more dirhams :)

I am sharing my thoughts here with very broken heart i belong from a middle class family from Pakistan came here to dubai with lots of dreams but didnt success in my goal and aim In return my energy lost , now i will share my story with etisalat actually someone submitted my documents in etislaat for iPhone and they got the phone which I dont know after a month I m receiving a call from etisalat everyday that there is amount on your name you have to pay I called to helpline went to TRA went to every etisalat office in dubai but no one is helping still in struck with these situation when i dont know about anything and i didnt apply for any phone so why I have to pay everyday they are calling to tell me for payment instead of to help me what should i do i cant go for suicide

I dont know why etisalat is the most complicated organization in the world?1- very expensive rates2- call center almost has no info about the systems and he read what we read only, he know nothing about terms and conditions, and he blame us on the terms and conditions when a mess transaction is done3- A lot of mess in transactions, it should be monthly or twice yearly to observe extra charges in the bill, definitely client must pay, its his mistake that he didnt memorize the T&C !!!4- A lot of hidden charges, normal human can easy fall in these charges traps5- daily changes in applications, i.e. you should always memorize the T&C otherwise you will fall in hidden charges trap.6- subscription can be done easily thru the phone but unsubscribe, you need to go for long que in the business center !!! otherwise the charge will continue and your contract gonna renewed automatically for 2 years. killing procedures!7- world most expensive DATA, and internet is not everywhere. if you runout of your data, you may pay thouthands of dirhams for normal charges, and you are the blamed since you are a human, and you must be as a computer.
