Good customer support

Horrible service. Staff’s need more training on customer service and there is no motivation from the staff’s.

They are not accommodating unlike before .Started with the reception Indian guy I didn’t get his name . He will just ask u ‘what do u want? No delightful or any warm greetings feels like u need to please them to get their service. And the guy who assist me named Suresh . He didn’t even understand how to handle customers properly, instead he wants me to transfer to the main branch for my concerns.I wish I could talk to the other tables but I got very embarrass.It feels sad I do not understand the purpose of a satellite branch if u will just transfer to the Main.I am working with the same field of customer services and I got goosebumps from the differences that I felt.They needs some proper training I guess specially in *customer service*.I won’t come again to this branch . ☹️

We want to make a payment in the counter because we dont have change but staff didn’t allow us because he said they dont change either in counter., its sad that they dont even try to help., its sad that i’ve been with etisalat for the past 5 years and i dont feel valued as a customer., Al ghuraire etisalat staff needs to be trained again on how to handle customer., i might change my service provider., not happy at all with the treatment.,

Their services are pitched and they have no Arabs. Although we are in an Arab country, what you do not happen, no Arab employee, and the staff with the help is very miserable, and you sit for more than two hours to come to your turn, and on the day your turn comes, you look over the empty stock, a waste of time.
