Store Manager is Good guy. Rest all other staffs are rude and slow. That too one guy at the entrance who give token was so rude.

We visited Etisalat office. Office is good but the conditions for postpaid customer is not good.Etisalat stop my sim services 4 months ago because of expire documents but they charged with every month bill, very disappointed ☹️.

Dear EtisalatI am experiencing constant disconnection of my internet, from March onwards, I have called 101 multiple instances. I have had 10-13 technicians who have given me various reasons for the disruption. I have changed my router upon the advice of a technician, then they have chaged my modem twice in tge past 5 months. Today morning was the second time the modem was replaced, and now my internet is gone again.My wife and i are working from home and due to this constant disconnection we have on multiple occasions lost data or miss our project submissions.It is really frustrating and disappointing that inspte of paying customers we cant get proper resolution to this issue.I have even mailed to [email protected] I am unable to reach anyone to help find a solution I am putting this here.

As of now due to Covid 19 restrictions they are making the customers wait but outside the office in the sun. I agree they are doing a great job with social distancing but waiting for so long in the sun actually burnt my skin. They should make some provision of making customers stand inside....they had a good big office in Khaleej centre which now has moved opposite Khaleej. At least there the mall had ac so waiting in the queue wasnt an issue. They need to be mindful about the weather too. Thank you!

I recommend this carrier to all tourists as almost all are nearly similar priced, but Etisalat currently runs an offer that actually gives you cash back worth the bill. They provide discounts on taxi rides. So the 100 D paid to them is saved while travelling. Service n network also good...

They just know how to waste someones time and apologize. I wanted to migrate from du to etisalat. they took my request twice and gave me 2 request numbers. upon calling a few days later to check why hadnt the migration happened, they couldnt track my request and asked me to register a request for the third time or told me to visit their centre risking my life during covid times which i very well could have if I wanted to at the first place. I would have liked if I could review them in negative rating and not even a single star.

One of Best mobile network provider in Dubai for tourist they provide tourist card , when I visited Dubai in 100 diram 60 minutes out going they provide in bur Dubai theres two three there own out late only from that place you can buy card and after that you can recharge from any super market but from super market you got local plan not 60 minutes plan so if needed more use of then refill 60 minutes or other wise local recharge charge for India 2.5 ADM my experience was once you recharge 60 minutes then use local plan

A good customer service place for etisalat, its always better to have a chat with the person in the help desk if there is a lot of people in the waiting area twhats the best time toget your matter attended unless you are in a hurry. Parking is limited but its next to a metro, so suggest to use public transport

They said they will going to call me in 24hrs, but its been 48hrs. I supposed to have change my iphone for life to this branch. They said its technical error and update me within the next day or maybe 24hrs but its been 48hrs and no call.. poor communication.

Be prepared to wait for at least an hour till youre attended. Most of the counters empty and these guys just pretend like theyre working.
