THE WORST Car insurance. Extremely slow, rude, unprofessional. Nobody answering the phone. Once they answer the phone and hear the request, they just hang up or put you on hold forever. Calling from 10am till 3 pm maybe million times and nobody can answer. Sent email and no answer as well. Always delaying everything.

I had a car accident in February as non faulty party. I was and am entitled to a replacement vehicle allowance of AED 800 which I never received.The team doesnt answer emails at despite multiple reminders.Its not a lot of money but its a matter of principle. I shouldnt have to chase this as it is part of my insurance.Very poor really

Very poor customer service. Insurance company does not know updated rules. Medicine approvals take 5-6 days and by that time you end up buying it our ur own cost.Do not recommend to anyone.

I had and I am still having a terrible experience as their customer. I was the victim of a car accident (I am not the liable party) and Al Sagr never supported me in any ways, rather the opposite : advising me that my car is to be towed to the wrong location, zero empathy on the phone (sounding annoyed while talking to you) and now it has been 3 weeks that I am supposed to receive a rental car allowance as per my policy and I am calling literally every day to their support just to be transferred every time to 3-4 different people/departments to be told that I will be called back the same day while no one calls back. Today someone finally told me a check is ready to be picked up for me soon even though I had requested a wire transfer and sent 3 times the scanned form with my banking details.

Inspite of being in pain and agony and the doctor writing some tests, they rejected my tests. Many times they reject medicines, various tests without having a valid reason. Inspite of writing an email about this issue, I get a reply after months and no explanation.I would not advise anybody to go with this insurance company. .I really would expect an answer to all these unexplained rejections in writing from your company.

The most horrible Health insurance you can ever have .The approval for medicines heactech, the pharmacy have to prove that you got issues , have to submit reports several time even doctor subscriptions clearly shows details. If you are looking for health insurance , I will not recommend this company at all. The premium is not cheap the service is pathetic. The first 6 month they will not approved any thing ..small cheap medicines need to beg like got insurance for free. Please find good insurance that can really work for you in Emergency. This insurance will give you approval after you are finished. Already you are sick and in pain and the approval team will make you eat nuts ..

Reply to Al Sagr below comment: No the explanation is not acceptable, its subjective and going in circles, you still treat us as items or cars and do not respect us and our doctors as human and professionals. I am super disappointed. And if I can give -ve 5 I would.I had dealt with many insurance companies during my 20 years in UAE. And have never faced such a poor quality and unprofessional service. Everything they do is say immediately no and reject doctor requests. Truly it seems that they have a special team to just click on reject button. Its like they took your payment and then care less about you as a person..And in case if anything does get approved it takes them between 2 to 6 hours to approve. So sad how insulting they are towards their client. Very disappointed and would not recommend it at all. And I request the company to change their approach to give us, your clients, patients a better experience. Lets see if one day soon I can revisit my review!! But for now I would like to rate you zero 0 stars

This review is for a company medical insurance and by far you are sooo lucky that I need to give 1 star, this is a joke of a company, they network is very bad, they claim scheme is outrageous, if you are looking to get this for your company just move on and get something else, despite paying good money on this in the hospital you will be informed its not covering anything, for my daughter, they didnt even covered the mandatory 1 year vaccine or blood test...this are mandatory for God sake, they advised to go to DHA and do it there for free. So why we are paying you an insurance??? Reimbursement for investigation done outside the network is only 20%!!! I paid 3000 on tests done in Emirates Hospital since the treatment history was there prior engaging your insurance, and they reimbursed 700 a huge increase from 500 initially offered after many complains, when all other companies offert 80%. Thank you for your amazing service!!!!

RTA shouldnt be doing business with them. Got my insurance at the rta centre and it turned out to be this company. Once you purchase a policy, their job is done. Good luck getting any service from them.

They dont even approved iron tablets even after sending the blood reports and hand written letter by the doctor. They were asking when this condition started as if we check hemoglobin daily!

The worst company ever , i keep calling them and they dont answer , i applied for a claim which takes 14 days , its been more than 45 days and didnt receive anything , the worst ever

From last 4 years my car is insured with Al Sagr, every year at the time of renewal they are giving me 15% to 20% Discount and its the only company that they will renew your car insurance even if you have claimed last year.Roadside Assistance provider is Aman Al Sharq which is itself very good company compare to others.Al Sagr National Insurance can also give you some special coverage like OFF-ROAD COVERAGE / OMAN COVERAGE, DYNATRADE REPAIR ect staff are very friendly and helpful, they are dealing with the best garages in UAE, in case of minor accident you can call there Bur Dubai office and ask for the garage. Till now Im very satisfied with the services.

I hear a lot of negative feedback and comments before about the agency but when i visit them for my cars accident the staff were really v. Supportive,,, started from the security man then the admin and executives ( Julie, Shady Adnan, Gladys and Ms. Shervene) some of them were on leave and the other lady was admitted in the hospital but they still keep following up and being sure i get my service in a v. Professional level.You company is v. Lucky by having a Talented genuine like you.And from my side as a expert Talent acquisition we always keep looking for people like you.

I have a motor insurance with this company. If I can give them 0 I would give them, very poor service, delays in responding, expensive, cheap and extremely poor garages. Don’t go with them anywhere, you are wasting your time and money.

I wont recommend this company to anyone. Please save the hassle and get any other insurance. Been waiting for my car for three weeks now just to replace two bumpers and its still not fixed and the new bumpers they put on was worse than the ones i had on even after my accident. just a dreadful experience and no one wants to help you at all. 😞

Good office with large space, i felt all employees behaviour are very nice and in the office,working atmosphere is very good and all working like a family members.

All motor insurance claims are handled here and not in their Deira office. They have only 2-3 employees in this section and its the busiest. Be prepared to wait at least 20-25 min.

My office glass door was hit by the someones car. I went to have a complaint they gave me the file number and everything and clam number . But it took them two days just to get the quotation to fix the broken glass. It took then four days to deside hiw will fix my door. Not happy with the the service.

One of their drivers hit me last week and was found at fault and they were rude to me . They asked me to bring the car to them but they are only open til 4 and arent up on the weekends. How is someone who works gonna get it to them. Im not gonna take time off from qork for an accident theyre drivers caused

Inaccurate treatment, I have a claim for a month and so far the amount has not been transferred, because of my travel and they promised me to transfer it within less than a week, and unfortunately, the transfer was not made and there is no response, I advise to stay away from them,!!

One of the worst insurance companies that dealt with them is the right to car insurance, and I do not advise anyone who deals with them and humiliates you in order to open an accident file and it is harmed. The accident is not a cause. Imagine if you were the cause of the accident.From Thursday, I am a pawnbroker on WhatsApp, pulling what they want to open a file and every hour I call them, and nothing is useful.
