I received a call today from a lady called Tina who was trying to sell me an insurance plan. However my point is that i never dealt with this company and never shared my personal contact info. How did they get my phone number without my permission? What’s and where is their customer contact confidentiality consent? I asked the lady how she got my phone number and answered that they deal with SOMEONE and he gave her the numbers, seriously!!!!!! i also asked her what company they partner with that shares such confidential info and she denied to answer. She also mentioned that he gives them random numbers without names and they call randomly? How is this professional? Is this how you seek customer business?

We switched our employees health insurance to Solyda and have been overwhelmed with the service we have received from Ms.Mae. Customer service is top-notch and we highly recommend Solyda Insurance Broker LLC...Completely satisfied!

I dont know about Solyda, but I would definitely stay away from Roshan Thimmiah and any company associated with him. DO NOT Make the mistake of buying into any private investent options presented, you will regret this for sure, if not now then eventually you will be chasing your own tail to get paid back and no one will answer your calls or respond to you.IF anyone has had this experience and is still owed money by Roshan, please get in touch with me. I am trying to find out how many people have been taken for a ride over the years so that we can jointly try and recover our investments.As far as Solyda is concerned, I would strongly advise the senior partners to look into the relationship with Roshan Thimmiah and his clients (like me)

Remember this company name and Roshan Thimmiah.Please do all your home work / research before dealing with Solyda Insurance Brokers and Roshan Thimmiah before allowing them to manage your savings.

The award for the worst customer experience goes to Optima. Ignoring phonecalls and emails is something they excel at. Piece of mind regarding the money you’ve invested with them is completely overlooked. No consideration for the customer at all. If you can avoid giving them your money then do so.
