Horrible experience. Great at getting you quotes but thats the extent of their capabilities. Try calling customer service and youll an automated repsonse saying they are busy but have noted your number and will call you back but they never do!

My father-in-law was recently very sick and was admitted to hospital with high fever etc, to be informed by the hospital that he was not insured (even though he had paid fully for the insurance with Bayzat). The hospital tried to contact Bayzat, but to no avail. After he paid his expensive hospital bills, Bayzat admitted that they had made a mistake, but they refuse to provide any sort of compensation or responsibility for his expenses. Bayzat then had the audacity to email him asking for him to renew his insurance. Wouldnt recommend!

Very bad experience with Bayzat. The only time I needed health insurance was when I went to one of their network hospitals for having high fever, I was surprised when the hospital informed me that I have no insurance , despite the fact that I had renwed my insurance with Bayzat. The hospital repeatedly tried to contact Bayzat with no response. Later, when I received a call from Bayzat requesting me to renew my Insurance and when I told them that their services is not as promised they admitted that they made a mistake in entering my personal details to their system which resulted in refusiing my insurance at the hospital. Bayzat refused to take responsibility and refund the money that I paid .Similar problems happened with other clients.Doing business with Bayzat is waisting money by any definition.

It can’t get worse than this. If you want timely action and proactive approach, best service now you know you have to look somewhere else.They specialise in miscommunication and thanks to numerous departments who doesn’t know what to be done to get policy placement.P.s don’t get fooled by google rating .

No service, the account manager does not know what to do. I called insurance myself and fix problen. And Beware, they offer free HR platform to get you in, nothing is ever free. They use all data for my company and sell information. We no long use it.

We had an awful experience with Bayzat when my husband got sick and took him to one of the networks hospital , we were told that my husband was not insured. As such, We had to pay for all the treatment he had there. When we called Bayzat later they found out that they had entered my husband’s personal details incorrectly into their system, and when we requested for the refund, they totally ignored our request.

I really wanted to like these guys, but for both my wife and small baby, and then again for myself, they dragged their heels A LOT. Mis-managed so much that on 2 seperate occasions we were left uninsured, even with ample lead time. They dont really seem to know their products well, eg offers and pricing which leaves me guessing why I am using them at all.

Complete useless employees. They always lie to you and do not do anything. I just needed to renew my health insurance which is already with them. Three weeks later, their employee still did not do anything. I spoke even to his Manager and nothing happend. I would not recommend Bayzat to anyone. They are giving you a headache for no reason. By the way: I was able to renew the health insurance on my own in just two days and without any previous knowledge about the subject. Life can be so easy without them.
