Great and reliable agent Sonia Chhabra despite the multiple problems and issues faced throughout my time in Marina Diamond 1.My move-in process was seamless, quick and efficiently done by agent Sonia Chhabra. She was very responsive and helpful throughout my 1-year stay in MD1.However the building condition and maintenance not great at all as I encountered multiple issues (including littering on balcony, water pipe burst, pungent smell, etc as you would expect from an old building).The move-out process was unsatisfactory as I had to vacate the apartment 2 days prior to my move out date as the maintenance team wanted extra time to fix issues before handing over to the next tenant. This was unfair and quite upsetting as maintenance should be done only after current tenant has moved out.Nonetheless, agent Sonia Chhabra is efficient, reliable and quick in solving issues/queries and deposit was refunded promptly.

I relocated to DUBAI on relatively short notice from India in Oct’19 and wanted a house on rent quickly. Ms Sonia was an excellent guide in my search for a house. Had a really good experience with Haider Masood, extremely professional, very clear in his communication. Both parties were super happy with the results.

Very bad experience. Jlt. Agent Malik. When i went to see the apartments, price was 27000,next day when i wanted to give deposit become 30000. Same happened with another apartment from same agency. I asked many times if theres a parking with apartment, agent told yes. I have even screenshot of conversation. I also asked him title deed, he kept saying that office closed and once Ill come to sign they will provide. For signing he sent another agent, and its in another agency also. In office they give me title deed of the owner. Its says 0 parking. Till now Malik is only promising to arrange a parking but nothing. He gave me some card which is not even active and its from some another apartment. I would never rent an apartment with higher rate and without parking space. And agency fees was 2625, even they tried to increase it to 3000 after all. Actual avent fees for rent should be not more then 5%. As well cheques are on the name of the agency, as owner is not living in Dubai. I believe that its agency who put the price higher. Very bad experience. End up paying higher rent that was on the market for apartments in same building without parking.

Disastrous company! Paid the agent the deposit for the premise, then the owner changed his mind and the agent never returned the deposit to me. And it’s getting worse: the company never responded to my emails and so refused to take responsibility for this scam.

The Apt is of inferior maintenance.Move-in to Move-out we only spent on Apt cleaning & rectifying defects.The Apt was handed over to us in an undesirable condition.We couldn’t stay in the Apt on our 1st day due to unresolved defects.Main door lock broken, refrigerator compressor faulty, gas burner ignition faulty, kitchen & bathroom with dirty areas.Our follow ups on incomplete works were blatantly ignored.Additionally, the Apt has filthy odor 24x7 as garbage room is next doorKitchen exhaust never worked. We had immense distress whilst cooking.Sonia Chhabra is overwhelming at pre-lease only & disobliging post-handover.Our experience with her was dissatisfactory & displeasingWe received no assistance with snags / defects during move-in.However, we were expected 100% delivery during move-outIt was our regretful decision with no option but move out.

This is one of the worst companies to deal with they don’t provide any support I rented a house in JVC from them and they didn’t support in anything and when I left they refused to help me in collecting my security deposit they also made the eijari earlier than the time I received the house I would recommend not to deal with them at all
