The worst company to deal with.No regard for existing tenants.

For renting out the property everyone will be extremely helpful but once you are their customer then things become worse. The response is difficult to get, the hired maintenance agency is full of attitude and full of BS, getting back your security refund is another pain which of-course comes with hidden charges.The maintenance agency sent their people without informing me and they made a mess in the kitchen. When I asked for the reason about such action, they came up with an answer that some other place had ongoing issues and the fix was to be done from my apartment. No sense of keeping the place tidy. They kept smiling and continued with the work even when they were asked to stop and leave. They stopped only when my wife started recording their actions. What was the response from FAB Properties - we have informed agency not to repeat such action.Gym and pool were closed from day 1. No clear information if they will be open or not and when I kept asking them again and again, the result came out that it will not be open(this was way before Covid-19 rules came into picture).

One of the worst property management team I ever encountered. they are helpful and kind people when you come to sign the rental contract but after that they become absolutely uncooperative and rude.Will never ever recommend anyone person to deal with them!

The worst property management company I have ever came across, let me put it this way if all the properties in UAE is managed by FAB then I will get my self a camper van and live in it , I will never ever stay in a property managed by FAB , first it take them months to reply to your 30+ emails and reminders , second they dont cooperate at all once you want to vacate the property , third they told me that the maintenance team will check the property and we will let you know if anything will be deducted from your deposit and after your approval we will transfer the money , well they just deducted the money without taking my approval on anything .be careful everyone .

They are providing worse customer service.In my flat AC is not working properly for the past 4 months, its very difficult to live in the apartment during this summer heat..when I mailed them regarding this no response from their side. After sending so many mails they send 2 persons to the apartment without informing me..they came and checked and told me , problem with capacitor .they need approval from the management for changing it.it happened 2 months back. Till now, no response from there side.... I never saw such an irresponsible management...

Fab property and especially the guy named Bilal Othman are there to steel your money at the end of the contract. They promised to reimburse one month rental at the end of my contract by they changed their mind once I left the apartment The worst property company

Worst customer service ever. They have not replied to emails for over six weeks!

For sure not the best to deal with.If you call their general line and press the option for existing tenant then your chances of reaching a customer care staff is close to impossible , but if you choose the option for the new potential tenant they will immediately pickup. Once you pay the money you are the last person they would bother about.. Yes I know its part of a big bank but this just brings down the bank reputation aswel

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.NO ONE ANSWERS THE CALL AT OFFICE. WHEN YOU CHECK OUT THE APARTMENT, THEY WILL GIVE YOU A HUGE BILL TO SQUEEZE AS MUCH MONEY AS POSSIBLE FROM THE SECURITY DEPOSIT. BEWARE...

Their call center closes just after lunch break...not helpful at all

They are not flexible and customer friendly, apart from that their maintenance charges are much higher than the market rate.

Verry bad customer service,they dont care one ce you rent the apartment.i have placed maintanance request almost 10 days no answer ,I send reminder email no response,I called them and they said some one will come to fix it in a day but no one came till now.worst deal with FAB.

I have soo many things to say and write on FAB but I can only say that in case you need mental torture and mental pressure than only you deal with FAB..
