Moved in 2 months ago to a property from these people and couldnt be any worse. There is no water in the property. The garage lights are not working. There is no kitchen hob in the kitchen even though there was at time of viewing. We were promised a kitchen with all appliances and after signing the contract we were told there will be no washing machine. There was an Ejari issue so we moved in after 5 days of contract start date. Obviously the agent did not do his job of checking that previous tenants Ejari was cancelled! Beware of the agent SAQIB, he is one big liar and does not know anything hes doing who will promise you everything and once the contract is signed and all cheque payments are made, he will show his true color and not bother about you even though youre living in a property without any water! Absolute worst real estate company. Run away from these people!!!

The agent Kaleem contacted us from this agency and was eager to show us one of the apartments that we requested. Agreed time for viewing was on 18th at 8 pm. We arrived there earlier and were waiting for him. Agent shows up and tells us he doesn’t have the access to the apartments , his colleague should bring the access card for him. We said ok we will wait. Half an hour passed still no one. One hour passed and he is still promising that someone will bring the access. Unprofessional agent wasted our time! Zero respect to the client and very poor english and self expression. Never coming back to this agency!
