Best soft play by far, my 2 and half year old was none stop and didnt want to leave after 2 hours of play.

The place is big but mixes kids with adults activities. We had a group of kids doing a set of organized activities when a group of adults cricketers just crossed their field to pass to the other venue by lifting the nets. They couldnt care less about others and the staff was afraid to say anything. Theres no parking outside to accommodate more than 5 cars either.

We had our child’s class graduation party. Good venue with affordable day pass rates. Bit crowded during weekends. Nice little cafe on 1st floor.

Very nice and clean place for kids... my kids had an awesome time. The only down side is there is no outside food allowed and they had no proper food for the kids (veggies, sandwiches, fruits)

Really good place for an hr or two. Brand new place, clean, tidy very well maintained, Trampolines & many other activities. Also, there is shaded parking & not crowded. The price is good & you can find discounts & party packages.

Good and helping emplyees that help kids to playing inside every sport game

I have a bad experience with the place. Some indecent people are working not serving their customers properly.

Place is lovely. Due to covid, the VR area has been shut nevertheless, kids can easily spend 3 to 4 hours on the play area. Worth the time and money

Great place for getting your kids out of the house with all the heat out there. The only thing is that its a little too expensive but they have several attractions and games. The place is a little loud but manageable. The parking area is limited to street open spots so be there early or just plan accordingly.

I went there with my 2 kids ( 20 months and almost 3 years old) there was no friendly soft area for my baby of 20 months the staff there kept redirecting me from a place to another one but actually no one was suitable for his age and I would have appreciated if they mentioned this before paying especially that you have to pay extra for the adult who is accompanied the child!!

Not worth it.Went here last week. The lady at the counter asked me if this was my first time here, which I acknowledged. After I paid, we quickly realized that most of this place has been closed off and only the cricket fields and the one slide at the entrance were open. The trampolines and the 1st floor were completely closed. Not a hint or a word about this when I came in. And clearly they understood I was there for the first time. Very unethical way of doing business, these are the type of businesses that will fail (hopefully) as they are just trying to grab money without any honesty in their dealings with customers. My daughter was bored after 15 minutes and we left.

This is a really nice place and kids will definitely enjoy it. Lots of games and activities.Unfortunately, i will only give it 3 stars for two reasons:1. Theyre very expensive for no reason2. As an adult, they will force you to pay money to go in the soft area with your toddler although they are the ones who set the rules that no toddler is allowed in the soft area without an adlut. To me, thar is pure rip off!

Its for all ages, all play area in dubai fit in one place. I really recommend this place. 👍

Utterly irresponsible cricket coach(dont wanna name him publicly). Got severely injured because of his idiocy and casual approach. Would recommend to steer clear of this place.

Used to be a good place but now is half closed, the manager is very rude and clueless about how to serve costumers..She was unaware of her own deals.. other staff is kind and attentive

Great place for kids.They have offers now.My boy enjoyed his time but the football court is subject to availability. We waited 1.5 hours to be able to paly.

Great place for kids, theres a soft play area, trampoline, indoor cricket, VR games, interactive room, place to eat upstairs. Had my kids birthday there and was amazing. Only thing is adults have to pay if you want to go inside the play areas and you need velocity socks

An amazing indoor sports facility with experienced staff. We organized corporate sports event at Velocity, and everyone loved it!!

Our kids love this place. So many things in one place. Slides, trampolines, many activities and games. They also have cafe upstairs and you can enjoy your coffee when your kids have fun.

Very clean indoor sport hall, my daughter had a birthday party here recently. Staff are very helpful and caring, specially Bella, Floyd and Ershad Ullah who make sure every kid are well taking care of. We will definitely come back again as it is well designed for all age group.

This is the must-visit new place in Town. It has all the best activities that other places like Bounce , Oli Oli & Just Play offer, under one roof. Well staffed , well lite and well priced. Plenty of viewing points for the parents aswell as a nice eating area upstairs. Plenty of parking. Great new find !!

Had a good time here, took my kid to attend a birthday party. It was our first time here. My kid enjoyed the time spent here, in the soft play area, on the trampoline, ninja warrior area, football area etc.In the upper section, they have party hall and a dark room. In the dark room, they have visual games for the kids which they enjoyed.The play area is pretty large and spacious, can accommodate atleast 2 birthday party gatherings at a time.Kids were having a good time, I would recommend this place to parents of kids who like going to such play areas

Took a group of 6 children for an outing to Velocity ! Age groups 8 to 14 yrs old . Mr. Dan assisted and was a very helpful resource . Helped me organise all the activities and guided me well to plan 2 hour game session . Must try the cricket pitch for a fun game with friends.

An indoor warehouse which is now converted into a kids recreational area. They have trampolines, basketball, soft ball pit play area for the toddler, football and even gymnastics classes. What better way to keep the kids away from their iPads and Cellphones!!Perfect for summer since its an indoor facility!

We play indoor cricket, good nets and umpires here. Also, the air conditioner works well! :)

Second review: Had the opportunity to attend multiple birthday parties. Still the newest place in town for birthday parties. The place can get crazy with multiple birthday parties potentially happening at the same time. The staff is helpful. Parking is still cumbersome.First review: Good place to take kids. They have activities for adults too such as cricket and virtual reality. They host birthday parties. Parking can be difficult to find.

A very good place for kids: lots of different things to do, clean, new, fun. Also, the prices are very reasonable and they often have offers. Not too crowded and relaxed, good atmosphere. You can easily spend at least two hours here. We will visit again.

Good place for sports. Group play. Arranging tournament. Corporate tournaments. You can book different courts on hourly basis. Well recommended.

The worst staff, and unprofessional party planners!They cancelled my sons birthday one hour before our booked time when everybody was about to arrive, because of the heavy rain on the PREVIOUS two days BUT not on the party day! They acted so carelessly and caused a total chaos for making an alternative small party in our house to host our guests immediately!!Not only they are unprofessional but also have a negative attitude for not even apologizing professionally or compensating my poor child with anything for ruining his bday! horrible management!

Family-fantastic.There were TVs so I watched the live match and I played boardgame while my kids had a blast.The kids were there 3.5 hours with the Eid pass and still wanted to stay longer!

Very good place for kids to play and they have games for adults, the stuff are highly professional and helpful. Rated 4 stars because the price is high, I got the Ramadan offer which was acceptable for me but the original price is high.

The fine print is misleading. Says must wear grip socks & that they’re available at reception. Doesn’t say you must purchase their socks.We took our own grip socks but were forced to buy their own brand grip socks. Staff were rude and condescending.

Multiple birthday celebration n corners within 5 steps from each other..no announcements, no mike system..highly/ over priced package ..AED 158/ Head..for a sad cold dried tastless food. Pathetic pizza. Id never recommend anyone! There are much better and fun places in dubai.

The first time we went we really enjoyed it but not today. Started badly as they had run out of socks but I knew they were the only place that will only let you wear their own socks so didnt bring any for my toddler. The staff member at the desk had a real attitude when I was understandably annoyed having come quite far and to find she couldnt play as no socks. This swiftly changed and the lady said she could play after all. But I havent come across such an attitude in Dubai until now.The main room we came for was the dark room with the screens upstairs but the part with sand didnt work and was switched off, it was in silence and all the chairs on top of the tables like they had just cleaned or it was closed. Thankfully we had paid via groupon, I would not be happy paying the full price! All a bit of a waste of time today and not an enjoyable experience for anyone.Also better changing facilities are needed for infants. I dont think its safe or acceptable where you have to change in the ladies toilet.

Nice place but the biggest problem is the lack of parking. Also even though its a big place on the inside the common space allocation is too cramped.
