An incredible play area based on real-life construction site...we learn how to build a wall,how gears and lever works,how we can operate a digger..we also drove a remote control truck....many tunnels are there to explore...they also have a party area..you can have your birthday parties there...we just loved it..couldnt wait to go again for digging fun when exams are overso guys must visit this place @digitdubai at @thespringssouk

I visited this place with my 4 year old and found it little disappointed. There are several reasons for that:1. They don’t take booking by phone.2. Once you reach they will tell you capacity is full and you will have to wait for an hour or if someone leave early they will call you back.3. When you reach after an hour of wasting your time in mall just to visit this place, you got to know they forget to call you and called other numbers who came after you.4. They gave me a call after spending almost 1 hour in their facility to tell me they have space available.5. Inside I honestly did not liked it much as they have a small space with only few things to do unlike pictures which one can view online.6. There was no one to check if the grey form bricks which are falling under a section need to be taken out so that kids can enjoy. I asked attendant twice to empty it as the area to take it out is closed for kids and adult.Only best thing about it was that my kid love these construction vehicle and tools, he was fascinated to look at them and play with them.

The experience was limited to slides as all the main rides were under maintenance or closed. The 2 stars is for the good staff .

The place is clean and safe for kids to play. I recommend it for children under 6 years old. I thought it was a big space but in reality its not too big. Some of the building games are under maintenance.

If your child is a fan of construction then you must bring them here! Plan your visit as they dont take bookings and some familys can wait between 30 mins to 2 hours for a slot. They are helpful and will call your mobile when its your turn. The kids leave happy and tired :-)

Nice place for kids up to 5 years old

It is a nice place to spend few hours.

This is one of two places which we visited many times after the lockdown finished in Dubai. We like it because they have friendly staff, many sanitizer stations and they keep cleaning all times. Highly recommended for your children to enjoy summer holiday.

An indoor children’s play area in Springs Souq Mall themed around a building site, complete with diggers, trucks etc. A goor experience for the first time. Considering the price, there should be more activities. Its quite a unique play area for smaller kids where they can drive, simulate the JCB and experience it. There is a small coffee shop inside with not many options and there is no toilet facility too.

Very nice place for small children. Bigger that 8 could get bored. Its very safe and the personnel its very kind.There is a small coffee inside with not many options, but its enough for the time you will spend there. We bought our tickets online. Tickets mentioned that no booking is required. In all cases, we tried calling to confirm availability but no one answered the phone.Our kids were excited about the whole idea so we went there anyway. Upon arrival, they yold us that they are at full capacity - my kids got so disappointedDont mess up with our kids

A very small over priced place. And they tell us that 2 games are not working after weve paid. Requests made to the staff to open the bricks multiple times, they responded after 40 mins. Waste of money and BTW, kids fight over car blocks and staff dont do anything. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Visited 12 jul 2021Place is very nice and enjoyable, but not ALL playable toys are available as per advertisement.1. The remote control tractor is under maintenance.2. building table area is empty-ish and only lousy broken toys available.3. Main attraction of Dig-it excavator: the balls in the pool are not placed in the vicinity of digging area thus making it hard and less enjoyable for the kids to be able to dig the balls.4. the conveyor belt: the soft bricks collection point are locked making kids hard to collect the bricks after playing. reason being to avoid head injury proving there is lack staff attention.5. There are few attractions that you might see in the videos pre-covid are not available or poorly maintained.overall still enjoyable for kids but could be better with more TLC for the facilities.

Dig it is an unique play area for smaller kids. Good learning experience for kids to learn about construction activities and vehicles through play.

I took my boys 6 & 9 yrs and both played and enjoyed their time a lot. Nina the slime inventor led my boys through a slime workshop which they both were fascinated about.

Not logic at all, you have to pay 40 dirham for additional adult , father and monther have to oay 40 dirham, not recommended at all

Staff are really good, accommodating, great with activities and keen to assist. All areas are kept very clean and tidy.

The worst play area in all of Dubai, the worst management, the worst service, incredibly overpriced. Save your money, time and energy and don’t go here

The worst service, inappropriate behavior towards both adults and kids , they let the kids they know only to enter and cross the queue of the waiting list leaving other kids waiting and cry

We came on opening, weekly day. Just 15 minutes after, big nursery group (minimum 25 kids) join there followed by couple of adults. No matter how those ladies tried hard to look after the kids, it wasn’t pleasant for me to see when group of 3-4 of kids came and overtook the activity mine kid was doing, one after another- and you can’t react.Beside this, my kid came out with used tissue from the ball pit.

Place is ok for younger kids (upto 5) but gets boring for kids older than that. Should consider adding more activities. Also (likely because of Covid) some activities were closed.

Great place for kids (2 years and over). Can keep them entertained for good 2 hours with various activities. Informative and fun. Would highly recommend.One thing is that the prices are quite rigid. They have plans in place but more targeted towards the Springs Community. Other than that, it’s a fantastic place.

The place is OK. They do a great bday party service. However the venue can get hectic, with no one monitoring the amount of kids coming in. Like they never refuse even if the place is packed! Also they are inconsistent with allowing parents roam around with shoes on!

Its an construction site themed soft play area specially for 3+ kids, smartly designed, very well thought off. Kids can easily spend 2 hrs (or more) there. Also the staff is very friendly. Its just a bit too far, so families have to plan for a full day, but worth it. Thanks

Very nice for my toddler boy ! BUT only one adult can enter in the playing area. So you have to pay an extra for a second adult.

A wonderful place with different play area concept. They offer different options for parents, they can stay with kids or drop them and enjoy shopping or watching movie and the team will take care of kids.

Great place for the kids to play. You can leave the kids there and go to the cinema opposite to it, or you can go have shisha at the same mall in xenia. Kids love the place and its good for kids 2 years to 8 years.

Ridiculously expensive.. 125 aed per child for 1.30 hours?!!!! Trumpo is much more fun and waaaay cheaper.

Clean, properly supervised and fun for the kids to visit. Coffee shop for the parents is also available. We enjoyed it.

Nice place but needs more basic services at least like wet wipes or just hand wash at least (since selling cotton candy and kids want to return to sand pit with sticky fingers!!) ..Menu needs better food options in case parents want to feed solids like pizza or sandwiches ..

Nice place for 3-5 year olds. Clean surroundings and friendly stuff. The downfall is that some parts of playground dont work fuction. The whole maze thing is nice though.

Was there in Ramadan and wanted to go to the bathroom and then prey (15-20min). First they said its not allowed and then they said you can only go for 10 min otherwise they will charge me more. Didnt like their attitude.
