The management changed recently and the food menu also. The Thali earlier had more items but the items are less now. Curd, pickle, sweet has been removed from the menu and its very less number of items now. Compared to the earlier price the new price and menu is not that worth. However, the taste is good and they make it healthy.

This is recently renovated. The taste and hospitality however remains the same. Meal options are really economical and have good variety. Fulka/chapati are homely and so are curries. Try their Sindhi Kadhi, unique flavor!

If youre looking for yummy crispy Rava dosa you should head straight to India House Restaurant Bur Dubai. Tucked in a corner of Juma Al Majid building, this restaurant is not easily visible. Last year happened to go to a shop to buy some tailoring material, saw this clean and hygenic , no frills vegetarian place. Luckily we were too tired and hungry so settled for this place as we could plonk all our shopping bags, rest our feet and have something to eat. I ordered my favorite Rava dosa with special instructions that I want it crispy. ( I always do this everywhere, even in India, but never do I get it perfectly done to my taste, I always had to compromise) The service was quite fast and I got the best Rava dosa done exactly to my liking.Sorry I had never tasted anything else because I always had to struggle to finish the dosa so no space even for a cup of tea or coffee. Maybe next time Ill try something else. A lovely place which fills your tummy fully but doesnt empty your wallet. What else do you want?I must visit place for good veg food.

This restaurant is probably as old as Meena Bazar itself. Serves some great Indian food at a very affordable cost. Do try their thali and numerous Indian dishes on offer.
