This was definitely one of the best Indian if not the best restaurant we’ve been to in Dubai. The food was just simply amazing, everything was prepared to perfection, we enjoyed every moment of our time here. We chose the Royal Set menu, the portions were generous and each dish was lovely! The staff was very attentive, the interior of the restaurant is beautiful. I haven’t written a review in a long time but this experience had to be shared!

This is such a calm place. The kind of place where you sit and enjoy every bite and the dining experience takes a couple of hours depending on how long you want it to last, as the custom made courses arrive to your table..As we settled into our seats we were served a welcome drink called Royal indigo punch which the staff informed me had 5 different elements in it. It was very refreshing and I enjoyed it..@indegobyvineet serves Modern Indian cusine. They have a special tasting menu that helps you go through different flavours of India with @chefvineet’s tag line “India on a plate.” What a great idea! Don’t you think ?.After you taste their food you realize why the Michelin Star! It is an unforgettable experience..It was enlightening talking with @chef_irshad and understanding the vision behind the restaurant and it’s cusine. I was very impressed with his vision and cooking techniques..I loved my starters and what stood out most other than the gorgeous presentation was how different each starter tasted. Their samosa was the shape of a donut. And the seekh kebabs were coated with green herbs. The prawns had these delicious spices..My prawn biryani was exquisite and being a bread lover I enjoyed the mix naan basket with the coconut prawns and butter chicken..I believe it’s the fusion that has ended up in such great tasting dishes. Herbs and spices form one place combined with the cooking methods of another..@indegobyvineet was a Bench mark in uae when there was no Indian contemporary cusine. And once you dine here you realize why. Such a fine experience in an even more fine, calmer ambience. Where luxury is served on a plate. Where your tastebuds experience the extraordinary! Where you feel like royalty with the kind of excellent customer service they provide. A must visit for everyone..I am hooked 👌! @grosvenorhouse.#indegobyvineet #indianfood #fusionfood #moderncuisine #hookedonhena #restaurantreview

I’d always wanted to visit this restaurant and got the chance. The food is good, flavorful and high quality as is expected from a restaurant of this standard. However, it didn’t wow us compared to the other restaurants of similar (or lower) repute we have had the opportunity to dine in. Go there for the experience and excellent smiling staff.

It is suppose to be fine dining but hospitality was lacking in total. Concern for Customer request were ignored. Short of staff as one has to call for waiter. Waiters were in some kind of hurry. It was socking to hear the excuse given for ignored request and the solution provided appeared to be with a very mean & biased opinion. There are better place to experience Indian Food. Not worth being called Fine dining due to poor customer management. Food had nice fusion and new taste but Dessert was poorly prepared..

I went to this place on my birthday with my family with the expectations from a typical fine dine restaurant. Overpriced with small portions. Not really actually. We ordered for a set menu ( vegetarian) without wine. The food was aromatic and had delectable flavors. Loved the soft paneer and the ginger julienne in my food. The corn in corn cravings were crispy and the chowpatty bhaji was well done. We ended it with chocolate samosa ( blasphemy for a Puritan like me) and a complimentary birthday pastry. For me the best dish was the bhindi aloo methi. Service was good and the ambience was amazing. Highly recommended!

Indego by Vineet was a dinner filled with spices and aromas. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed. The food was flavorful although a tad too spicy even though we asked for the heat to be turned down a notch. I loved the mango lassi though and it helped calm down our flaming taste buds making it more possible to taste the other ingredients on the plate. The night ended with a colorful dessert platter; we ordered a selection of Indian desserts. Honestly, I disliked the flavor profile of most of them, but then again this is a matter of taste and preference.

Category: Fine dining.Summary: Excellent Indian food from a Michelin Star chef.Review: The food here is incredibly good. In fact, they serve better Indian food than most of the good Indian restaurants in India! The menu is not only traditional Indian, as they do have some interesting modern/fusion takes on Indian dishes as well. The waiters are very friendly and usually do a good job of recommending good dishes to you. The spice levels and taste can be customized, depending on your palette. The portion sizes arent skimpy like other fine dine restaurants, and they serve a complimentary starter thats different on each day of the week. Their desserts and beverages are really good as well(at least whatever I tried). All in all, I have to say that the two time Michelin star chef Vineet Bhatia has really done a good job with Indego. I really enjoyed it!Recommended: Highly.

This restaurant serves the best Indian food that me and my family have ever eaten. The menu is not huge, but what they do, they do very well. Ranging from traditional meals, such as lamb rogan josh, to unusual contemporary Indian dishes, out of the five different main courses and starters we sampled, all of them were equally good. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and the service we received was exemplary. The restaurant has beautiful decor and the Grosvenor House Hotel, where the restaurant is located, is also very stylish. The food is not cheap, but for a special occasion it is worth it. A word of warning- do not order too many side dishes, as the starters and main courses are huge, and we will definitely go back for their tasting menu which we missed this time.Thanku Arbiy and Nathasha for looking after us.
