Good food with good Seating arrangements,.Biryani and veg non veg thali is available

A decent restaurant for south Indians. Its more of Kerala style cuisine. The mutton curry was a bit too much colored and the coriander taste was very evident. Chicken kheema appam was good. The seatings looks good for family.

The Chetinad kuska (empty biryani rice) with parota/chicken/appam with chetinad chicken curry, for lunch. It was just yum. No words. Love the food and taste was delicious, separate place for families and only draw back when I visited today is that the AC is not at the working condition. Only hanging fans are used. Rest everything is fine. And ordered for some fish meals as well. It is good. Proper service and good hospitality.

Bad choice today. They were not serving anything else apart from meals. Meals was nothing like kerala authentic food. I have eaten sadam earlier. Didnt like what I eat today. Non of the side dishes had any taste, apllam was soft and the rice was so so soft.Also a big issue was water. They dont offer water. When asked on water bottle they gave us bill.Wouldnt not recommend this to anyone.

As this place had a good rating on Zomato, we decided to order from here for lunch today. Delivery was on time and everything was packed well but I wish we had taken the time read the reviews and not just go with the overall rating.Food quality is bad. Porotta was extremely oily; beef chilly fry was below average. The beef itself was low quality and the oil used for frying had a bad taste. The beef curry was poor too.The only two items that were average were naan and Butter Chicken, not the best but just average. Terrible. The taste of the Appam was horrible and a shock. We brought a guest from another country for dinner and had to shame ourselves. The space seems to have constrained. You cant run a restaurant like this of such low quality. It used to be good. Please work on it. And home deliveries are horrible.

Very bad experience with them. Never recommend fish mango curry & Coconut milk shake.

They have a very nice fried sardines, one of my favorite. Appam and paratha is something really they can be proud of. Place has corner for a little privacy. Nice place to have a bite.

Located in DIP 1 and one among the few available restaurants in this area. Very nice ambience with decent food. They serve good South Indian food but if you are not a fan of South Indian food, please dont try North Indian or other delicacies, thats a disaster. Overall the pricing isnt very pocket friendly. But the service and ambiance of the restaurant is quite good. Ample of free parking available around the complex.

I used to visit this place frequently last year. Then took a break and visited recently when I was in the DIP area.I was a bit shocked. The cleanliness went down. Floors were sticky. And the food ordered was a mess. Did not taste like how it was meant to taste. For instance, their mango fish curry tasted like sambar with fish pieces in it and their pepper chicken curry tasted like peas curry. They messed up. Disappointed.

Its a nice restaurent in DIP, food seems to be fine but costly. 4 stars given for the facility provided. Glass to drink water seems to have scratch marks which looks dull to be improved.

Apart of Appam they have a verity of options, decent place and reasonably priced too.

Food is pretty good. We had Plain apparently with kamala combo which was very nice. Egg / Masala Appams / Kuthu Porota was good as well. The sugar in the coffee would turn even a regular dude into a diabetic.But not sure why, but Indian restaurants are very poor when it comes to hygiene especially the toilets. The wash basin was dirty and yes. Its time to change those water glasses on the table. They clearly hadnt replaced them since the restaurant opened. Below photo isnt very clear. But every glass looked the same or worse. Very very poor.

I visited the restaurant yesterday, my experience was horrible. Ordered Appam and Mutton fry, while eating aappa I saw hair and they replaced aappa and again saw hair in the same.Mutton also not cooked well, A/C is not working in the summer season!!! Horrible.I will not recommend this restaurant to any one,. For me health is important.

Had a traditional thali. For a north Indian, I could not recognise some vegetables but it was not bad at all. The sambhar and the rasam was tasty. Worth having a experience.

Budget friendly meals and the food is good in taste..I mostly go for veg Thali, Appams with black chana gravy and found it to be always as per my expectations!

One of the best restaurants in the area. Value for money, decent taste. Tried their chicken biryani with chicken 65 combo (take away and not dine in). Very good biryani (more like a Hyderabadi style), the chicken 65 was also good.

We ordered mutton sukka , kerala porotta and appam. Appam was fine but porotta and mutton sukka was horrible. you can beat someone with porotta. That much hard it was. we ordered through zomato by seeing its rating but unfortunately bad experience.

Waste of money. We ordered fish curry and bindhi masala . And they called it as fish chettinad. Hell. The price is 22 dhs. Feels like sambar. Found small piece of fish aswell.The bindhi masala was a scrap. They put all dirty vegetables in it.Before it was nice. But I think they have changed the chef and staff. So guys if you wish to have some good food experience please don’t go there. I would have given zero rating if there is options.

Nice ambience with delicious food. Had Kozhi Porichathu with Hyderabad Mutton biryani. Both were best in their category. Mutton keema aappam is very nice. Wide varieties of aappams are available in both veg and non veg category.

One of the worst restaurant from which I have ordered. Ordered hamour pollichathu and what they gave was sultan ibrahim fish instead of hamour. One of the best restaurants that know how to cheat their customers and earn money.I wish to give zero star, unfortunately there is no such option

They use to be very good. Not any more. Disappointing to see a good business becoming worse. The food doesnt taste the same, delivery is never on time and worst they offer bad customer service.

We had dinner yesterday dated 23.01.21This is the Worst Experience I ever had before from APPAM CORNER DIP, Dont know the management has changed or not!!!!Very poor service and food quality is too bad comparing our previous visits here.We ordered appam butter chicken and chicken chettinadu and egg curry. The taste of the ordered items was entirely different.And I got food allergy and my friend got loose motion after having dinner.Not recommended at all !!!!!Note: please dont go the people who are coming there to have unlimited APPAM , because after having the Appam they told us the unlimited offer is not valid.

Very bad experience for a person who is ordering Fish Meals for first time the food ordered was delivered but almost cold enough and no taste at all highly not recommended The fish even had foul smell and taste.

The appams are really good and the best part is that it is unlimited if you buy a curry. The beef fry was quite good except for the fact that the coconut pieces used was not fresh. The chicken 65 was quite good too.

The service was pathetic. They took almost 30 mins to bring the thali which is in photo... For thali during lunch hours almost all the varieties of food are ready and it should take maximum 10 minutes to serve the same. Secondly when asking repeatedly and after that complaining to the cashier or the manager he reacted like nothing happened. After asking for 3 - 4 times to the waiter said that bhaiya aaj hi lake doge na thali to which he replied nahi sir kal milegi.... That you can not expect from service industry people. So if you want to visit please be prepared and dont expect anything great. The quality and taste is very good but they should improve their services.
