I like their ice cream . They have a good selection of ice cream with many different flavors . The team is very friendly and the service is good . They are located on sheikh Zayed road and you can easily find a parking if it is not during peak hour . Moreover they have nice selection for birthday cakes .

3/4 visits were bad:1) No Sweet Cream for Founders Favorite2) No waffles because the machine is broken3) Was OK4) No waffles because she has not done yet for today and has “delivery” now. Although I was willing to wait the 10 minutes she didn’t make and excused she is busy with delivery now.Never visit this store again although location is good accessible

Bought a big portion of ice cream to share with my fiancé. But Angie wouldn’t give me sharing cups instead she gave me cup lids to eat ice cream with. When I insisted she said they’d already done inventory for ice cream cups, handed me 2 cups and very rudely said next time she wouldn’t give me sharing cups. I’ve been here a lot of times and I always get sharing cups whenever I order big portions of ice cream which only makes sense since I’m not eating alone.. regardless I will still come back as my fiancé loves coldstone ice cream. 5 stars to coldstone but 1 star to Angie tonight

Great ice cream with variety of options of ice creams and toppingsAlso very accessible parking on Sheikh Zayed Road. The service is super fast and also they do have entertainer coupons for buy 1 get 1 free. Very recommended

The ice cream is really surprisingly tasty. Just we had such unusual experience. We were there around 17:00 today (15Oct 2019).This male staff seems friendly at the beginnings, offered us ice cream to try, so we asked some questions about the flavors.While he is making ice cream, he repeated same questions four times to tell us we shouldn’t ask many questions earlier. While paying, we just want to checked if we have discount with our company membership. instead of answering our questions, yes or no, he replied sarcastically : “Do I get the discount while I purchased products in your company? That’s the same thing.”His way of taking and attitude is not appreciated. He really need a professional training for taking to costumer indeed.

Tried French Vanilla this time. AED 19 for the bigger one and AED 14 for medium sized one. They have indoor and outdoor seats in the area.

Its basically an overpriced gourmet ice cream mixed on a slab of stone table. Tasty indeed. Nice to have during the sizzling summer in Dubai. There is Cold Stone Creamery outlets in almost evey main areas.

Cold stone is a good product. However, the staff in this branch is absolutely unacceptable.. Rude, disrespectful, lazy and i say this after having more than 5 in-counters with them. I advise anyone to eat from a different branch, or anyone else

On the first floor. Service was pretty poor. The server was so unenthusiastic and was a bit miserable about serving my family. I tried to pay but no one came to the till to take payment. They spent 30 minutes after we finished trying to print a receipt and I still never got it. I asked for them to write one but I was ignored. Presentation and effort was underwhelming from my usual visits to this place was disappointed about the service.

One stop shop for the most customizable ice cream ever. There is something for everyone. My new favorite obsession- Lemon sorbet mixed with strawberry and raspberries and just a touch of mini marshmallow.

Ice creams are great! Even got an ice cream cake for a friends birthday which was yum. Items are a little on the expensive side.

Its always my first choice for flavoured coffee. Tim Hortons French Vanilla!

Had a thought that the lady working there didnt know how to utilize the brand iced stone to creste some more frost to the icecream. just dumped the icecream on top of the stone, molded the topping, wrapped up quickly, and served. the ColdStone I recognized in other countries is that you get to see a show cutting the icecream into pieces and spreading it on the stone, then freezing it even more. just didnt have that bit.

During Covid-19 restrictions and Ramadan we had at least the opportunity to get some treats for the kids during a brief medical appointment. The place is well cleaned and following all the recommendations made by the MoHUAE.

The Ice cream they serve here is very good, but the service was to slow, there was only one guy behind the counter reciving and preparing orders as well as running the cash register, specially at a reasonably crowded time.I had to wait for 30 minutes to get my order picked up and another 15 to get it prepared.In the end i enjoyed my order but they should work on staffing.

Love the shakes here, Cheesecake with cherry/strawberry is my absolute favorite.

Cold stone staff seems to have forgotten how to use cold stone for mixing ice creams. They hardly make use of it and just scoop in ice creams on cold stone, and mix them as if doing that for formality. Though ice creams are good, but they need to learn to make use of cold stone.

The three of us chose a Like it. My wife and daughter took a single flavor, I wanted two. She said not allowed, only one flavor whereas their menu says choose a combination of flavors. I finally took nothing... Her lack of flexibility costed her not to make 18 AED. I believe her management would be happy about it!FYI, at J3 Mall, you can have a combination of flavors on your Like it...
