Affordavle prices and good quality items can buy from nesto.Fish also fresh and they did cleaning very professionally.Bought food items which is really profitable since ongoing their discount sale.

Very bad experience ,they put the price as 6.99 and charge 8.00 AED!!! I just noticed it so I brought it into light and the manager lightly says oh I told them to change the price but they forgot may be!!!Guys whoever is shopping at this NESTO please be careful while billing. Please cross check double check the bill with the items ! There are chances where in you might get fooled and cheated!! I dont care giving an extra 1 dirham or 2 dirham but seeing the price as something and they charging me something is cheating!!! Beware people please be careful here.!!I think the photos are self explanatory!

Huge collection. Placed near by ADCB metro station and bus stop also nearby.big area for the market. Much offers are issued furing the festival season and another times. Fresh meat and fishes are available. All indian spices vare available. Frsh vegetables and fruits are available here. Large collection of groceries.

A very good Alternative to Lulu Hypermarket in Karama, you get fresh vegetables and comparatively less crowded during Weekend. You get offers similar to Lulu on vegetables. Parking can be a little tricky but you still find some around that area.

Its a super affordable hypermarket. There are so many good offers at weekends i.e, fridays and Saturdays. The vegetables are fresh and good there.

The employees are dedicated to provide world class services. Room for improvement is to be focused on opening other paypoints or till points during peak periods, in the evening.Food products require a well branding information with regard to if they are GMO or organic products? This help customers to have informed decisions.

I have had many instances with the Karama Branch, where in the promo prices are not updated while billing. As such, you might pick up the item, thinking that you are buying it at a promo price, but end up paying the full price at the till. PLEASE VERIFY YOUR CASH RECEIPTS or watch the cash register when the promo item is scanned. When you complain, they quietly refund the difference......no real apology even. Also noted near expiry date items being sold as regular items. Please check & Be aware !!!!

We had very bad experience with Nesto Karama ( near ADCB Metro Station) bcoz we have bought Sulthan Ibrahim fish from there ,it’s looks so fresh and neat, But when I started washing & cooking I got too bad smell like ammonia or something else .The same incident happened before . After cooking smell was there , nobody ate it. Most of the time they are selling fish like this. All are ready to buy good items even if it’s little high price.I don’t understand why they adding this much chemicals . It’s too baddddd. We are requesting to Nesto , please make sure that minimum guarantee for food.

Quite confusing prices for the fish section, price displayed is different and what is being priced currently is differently(based on price for cutting, saw this for the first time, refused to get the fish). Staff at the fish counter look angry and upset for whatever reason. Widely publicised their inaam card but the store was running short of cards when asked, no other way to sign-up or earn points. The only good part was the bath and body items had good offers. First and last time coming here.

Quality supermarket in heart of karama.. Offer prices are virtuous.. Co operative staffs and good quality products.. Mondays are good to purchase if you are looking for offers and all... Vegetable meat section will be bit crowdy on off days... Good prices who have inaam card(you can download from playstore)..

Dear fellow expats,Good Afternoon,As a review / experience statement, I can tell NESTO HYPERMARKET-KARAMA is the best. The way the things are organized in this hypermarket is very nice. If we go through the entrance of ADCB metro station side we can find all the fresh and frozen food items on the right followed by pastries and fast food. On the left side all the other utilities like soaps, shampoo, tea bags and other groceries are clearly arranged for easy reach. The helpers, cashiers and customer service staffs are really gentle and answering the queries properly.In electronics section also the behaviour of sales guys are nice and gentle. Eventhough the collection of TVs are less compared to others, they have got the common brands anyhow.Home appliances section is also neatly organized and the staffs over there are also helpful.Coming to the spices and loose groceries section people really serve well.Cashiers are really precise and the line will be fast moving always whatever the quantity of items may be.Regarding offers I am receiving it properly on whatsapp for the day during early morning itself. The way they present the offer in that document itself makes me to look again and again on it.Offers are blasting every week and really good. Generally the normal price of other items are also economical so that we can get most of our indian made items in here.I have been purchasing here since July 2019 and I am a INAAM card (2550369) holder now. Its is happy that first they moved from physical card to mobile number for INAAM points transaction. But now one step far in their history they moved to INAAM app which is very much comfortable. Situated in a busy residential area of Katana, its a bit small but have all essentials and best offers. This is good for the people living around the area that do not need to park their vehicle. If you want a bigger area then theres a huge Nesto which is near the Dubai Central Post office and with basement parking. Always provide best offers in town...

We were going mostly in nesto since we can feel the price comparison which is near by supermarkets. Same quality same things but we will get lower price from nesto. Mostly buying food items and house hold things from Nesto which is getting competitive price.

Nesto Supermarket is good in terms of consumer walk-through, you will find everything you need or require for your daily necessities.

I have bought blender for juice which is not worth for 25 aed Chinese product and the employees of the nesto said it can be use for multi purpose and other benefit.. The moment I bring home its was bad working status then I wanted to return which is not worth for 25 aed then the superviour says its cannot be return due to no expire date and all. So I told them to exchange it. Still they ignore and given bad attitude to customerThey ate totally unprofessional customer service. Do not bring Day to day 10 and product to sell inside this supermarket for 25 aedI gonna book complaint against in consumer department until I get this solutionThanks

We r regular customer of this market but the guy, who is working counter of bag collecter. Rehamullah, he is very bad person. He dont know, how to give customer service bcoz there were misunderstanding with price and i went with him to ask but he did not give attention. He was just pretending like busy and i told him that could plz do it fast. He ingore me agin. i stand more than 20 minutes in crowed of people for small things but one bangaladesi staff was with him. He was very nice.

Good start for nesto Hypermarket in karama Dubai with big and neat features as its located close to adcb metro station behind lulu hypermarket in karama.. I like to visit this place from time to time ⌚ I like the olive from there and many stuff..Main thing its about car parking its not easy at all to find parking close to nesto Hypermarket so you have to park in far street to do shopping 🛒 in this HypermarketI hope management there will fix this issue shortlyGood luck

Worst outlet . Staff members were poorly supervised . Members were standing in group around vegetable section and talking loud in group in their local language . And the worse thing , they were not wearing masks properly . Look around for superviors of in charge to compliant , interestingly , the gentleman appeared with mask on chin with nose and mouth not covered . Staffs were argueing with each other in dry fruits section . Even the cashiers at counter was with Bag your things and Get out attittude .

Having visited the other branch, opposite Ansar Gallery just a day back, which was home to HOME CENTRE earlier, there was little expectation in terms of the layout and the space this establishment occupies. Walking in, there was an element of a pleasant surprise. The set up was more or less like any hypernarket and with the crowd present, quite a popular joint.

Very bsd service you have but alresdy complained you in your head office website...i also put feed back form in you customer service kiosk but i think you are not reading it thats y no one call me...You need to send ur staffs for more training how to handle customers properly otherwise you will loss customers ..

Good place for daily grocery. All sort of varieties are available and frequent promotions let the customer to grab the opportunity to purchase their everyday grocery in cheap price. Staffs are good, only thing I personally feel is seafood cutting and cleaning process is slow compare to other markets. Overall its good hypermarket.

Very good market for average food stuff shopping

I feel Nesto is the best priced shopping center and i am a daily visitor.Only complaint is some time cashier and staff dont help even if i have lot of bags and need to carry alone

Things are little expensive comparing to Ajman Nesto

Staff is very helpful and nice. They are checking temperatures and providing gloves sometime as well. But people who are visiting most of time are not adhering to social distancing. Otherwise place is very clean and nice.

The have the Best offers running from Thursday Evening to Saturday. Cheaper compared to other super markets and hypermarkets. But it will be crowded most of the times. Getting parking is lil difficult in the evenings.

Dont buy nesto products from nesto hypermarket and buy other company product from nesto hypermarket ... I got 2 bad experience from nuts & dry fruit section they are making offer price thats have different taste like bad oil...

I made order through nesto online App for more than 3 times. I am not happy with their service.. I got so many issues all the time.no proper communication and I made an order and after that I noticed that I ordered one item twice.. So I send msg to customer service agent(ms anna)...she told me there is no option to cancel that one item ..i have to cancel the entire order.it was almost 300 aed things... I cancelled and did the order again...then I told her the same but i didnt get the same time slot she told me to wait until next day.but you lost a Valueable customer and you lost 300aed sale....this happened for as wel i clearly told the staff to bring change for 500 but they didnt communicate well with delivary boy....very bad service....once I didnt get the purticular item and they didnt inform me so that i had to pay extra money as delivary charge....very bad service especially customer service team. If you keep them as customer service agents soon you will lose everything....in fact I am writing this review for your good.anyway thank you.and one more thing your products were so good and the delivery agents also .......i have to tell the positive things also...i have all the chat record in my phone....for reference

Genuine suggestion: DO NOT BUY ELECTRONICS FROM NESTO KARAMA. ONCE YOUR PAYMENT IS DONE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CONSUMER AND AFTER SALES SERVICING.I bought a Videocon TV from NESTO KARAMA and the TV became technically damaged within 15 days.I filed a service memo after giving the same for repair. The Supervisor ILYAS is lying constantly about the duration of repair. He mentioned 2 weeks at the first visit to give the TV for repair service, and on following-up on the 14th day, he said it will take one more week.Also, very rude during while conversing with me.They simply want you to buy something from them, make the payment, and just dump everything that follows on the customer. They are insulting the standards of Supplier-Customer relations in Dubai.
