I am a regular customer even though I had bad experience by the customer service. As I requested coconut scrape wonder and the guy told me to come after half hour, when I went after half hour and told him to give 2 packets but he gave me only one packet and in front of me he gave 3 packet of coconut scrape wonder to other customer. I feel like discriminated and while picking up ladies finger shop incharge rudely behaved with me.

I am a regular customer of this Hypermarket almost last two years usually I do bulk purchasing from this hypermarket and tell them to do home delivery but today i have purchased about 500dhs stuff and tell them to deliver the stuff to my home,the driver who giving home delivery (pakistani guy) he left the stuff on road he spoke with me very rude and harshly ,and saying that he can’t deliver stuff to Home his attitude is very worst I ever seen in uae if u provide such a type service ur company image will spoil soon in the shop all the staffs who r very friendly and helpful thats the only reason I chose to shop there but this bad experience I want to rethink and also i am get top level contacts and give to complaint against Him
