I used to have a regular booking with them, they sent me the cleaner an hour and have late three times in a row!Managment failed to provide any valid reason for the repeated delay.

The maids are extremely professional and reliable. The quality of cleaning is decent. Will definitely recommend.

Every time they send different maids and the kids don’t do their job correctly or in a clean manner.I have tried them nearly 10 times and may 3 out of that 10 times I have got a clean service.Disappointing experience

I used this company 3 times for my 5 bedroom house/ tv room and living room1st time it was for 4 hours one cleanerall 4 bedrooms were vacuumed, dusted and mopped.2 showers were cleaned and 1 jack& Jil bathroomVacuumed the living room and mopped the kitchen .I was happy with the service .I got two ladies for a total of 8 hoursAll 5 bedrooms were dusted , vacuumed and moppedTv room, living room , kitchen was cleanedAll bathrooms were cleaned up stairs and down guest toilet and bathBalconies , windows all around the house was doneDeep cleaned 1/2 the kitchen cabinets.Again happy with the service , I call again for two girls . When they came I told them that we have 5 beds, it takes approximately 6 hours to clean . We have 2 extra hours which were used on the previous visit to clean the balconies , windows and deep clean kitchen will be fully used for the kitchen. I get a call from the kids’ school and I have to run my son to the hospital. I leave the two cleaners to work ! Or so I thought !In 8 hours they only finished the bedrooms no dusting , using water spray inistead if the mop , living room . What takes everyone 6 hours took them 8 hours and not even going near the kitchen. I complained to the company several times. The cleaners were sassy and didn’t like that I complained , became even slower the job that was suppose to be done by 1 pm kept on going till 4pm.The company tried to take the maid and have me wait another hour to have them replaced after the 8 hours were done (4 hours each). . The maid started asking me questions like I am holding slaves !I highly don’t recommend a company that doesn’t respect the clients needs. They have no consistency in their work. Very unprofessional although listened to my complain and saw how much time the cleaners have wasted they still were willing to have them waste more time .Every time I turn my back the cleaners are on their phones ! It was a total mess....That is my full experience. Started on a high note and ended with cancelling all future services due to the disrespect and waste of time.

Requested a maid to help me clean an apartment I was moving out of. She was courteous, very efficient and fast. I liked the service and will use the company again.My only issue is the lady showed up 40 minutes late and they didnt bother to notify me. I ended up missing a very important appointment as I had to wait for her to arrive so I could open the door and explain what was required.

I am glad that I had contacted The Maid Company. The staff was extremely professional, punctual, very hygienic, and really good at her work. Also, the best part is that they offer services till Al Nahda, Sharjah and on time. I will definitely recommend the services to others. I found some good offers on their Instagram page as well.

Requested for 2 maids. They were very lazy and I wasted 280 Dhs. Had to redo most of the cleaning again. The elder maid was nagging in her language all the time. They came late and left early!!! very unprofessional.
