Very accommodating and understanding when it comes to last minute bookings or postponing an existing one. The ladies do their best to finish off the tasks they have been given. If you want cleaning supplies, they provide that too at an additional cost. I find them to be great for the price and services they provide. I will always recommend VI cleaning.

They were amazing. I never expected them to clean the car seats. I honestly had given up hope that anyone could clear the kids milk bottle stains. But they pulled it off. They took 2hrs but did a clean job at it. I would recommend them to anyone who is keen on a good affordable service

The technician was respectful and thorough and did an excellent job. Warning!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR CARPET CLEANINGI used VI Cleaning Services to get my carpet cleaned and to my horror, the technician completely ruined the carpet (look at before and after pictures). On further inquiry, I was told that the technician was in training and he might have used the wrong brush on the carpet.I raised a complaint with the manager who promised to rectify the matter, or buy me a new carpet from the same store and collected the carpet from my house the next day. After 5 days of trying to fix the damages, I receive a call from the receptionist that the company can not fix the damages and the owner has agreed to compensate me AED 250 for the damages.On immediately calling the owner and informing him that the carpet was AED 2100 and I would never accept AED 250, he changed his stance completely and told me that he would only pay me AED 250 and believed that the carpet might have been ruined before they cleaned it. The dishonestly of the company and its management is appalling and I would warn anyone from using their service.

I used VI to clean my sofa. I was impressed by the standard of the cleaning and how quickly they could book me in. The man who cleaned the sofa was efficient and professional. I will be using VI again.

Booked this company to clean 2 of our very expensive rugs which were practically brand new. Unfortunately, the chemical they use for cleaning has affected the shade and silkiness of the carpet. Upset as nothing we can do to change the rugs state. Would not use them again or recommend them.15.03.2021 - Just in response to the below comment from the owner of this company (Bearing in mind they are responding 5 months later). Please LEARN to take ownership that you messed up TWO of my most expensive rugs which cost over 5,000 DHS. I do not have the time to make useless complaints and neither do I do this to tarnish a companys reputation but the simple fact that you still refuse to take ownership of the fault says a lot about you and your company!!! I still have the watsapp conversation to which your staff member saw original photos of my rugs and then the aftermath of when you cleaned the rugs- she admitted that there is a difference in the colours. Happy to post a snapshot of the watsapp convo. I refused to let you do a so called soften the carpet because you said all you will be doing is washing the rugs again with plain water and quite simply I was so upset by the change in the texture of the rug I do not see how washing with plain water will make a difference! The owner or Manager kept saying what would you like us to do instead and I then said you cant do anything to rectify this damage with just water, and at this point I did not even ask for a refund but merely to show you the state of the rugs so you do not repeat the mistake with other expensive rugs at other houses and also mentioned that if you want to you could wash the most cheapest rug in my home which is the one right at the entrance walk way - If you really wanted to go out of your way. To which you said NO. I can see you not wanting to take ownership of your fault and instead leave SARCASTIC AND DEFENSIVE comment 5 MONTHS LATER! Please dont bother! WARNING TO OTHERS!!!
