Customer service is very friendly, helpful, and answers quickly to all concerns and questions I had. There are various ways to contact customer service, making them very flexible. This cleaning service does a very thorough job of cleaning. The workers are friendly, very knowledgeable, and kind. Our appointment arrived on time. We had even been able to arrange the appointment to be held another day. Theyre very punctual and particular about time issues. The value is a little pricey for me, and could be more value priced, but they do a superior job at cleaning. Its worth every extra penny.

(Nanny visa thru them)They are good in calling and follow ups until you gave your money. After payment, getting through with them is next to impossible. You can’t talk to anyone. Everyone will say they will call back or reception will say they are busy. If you are looking for a visa for your Nanny, go somewhere else.

I have a regular cleaner from this company. Her name is Michelle and today I was really impressed by her honesty and dedication to my apartment. My 200 plus dirhams was missing and she found it and kept on the table with some changes as well. That was really impressive and I would like to recommend her.

This company is becoming worse and worse by time! Cleaners never abide by masks! They need constant monitor, never work independently. I have 4 times werkelt cleaning, twice at least they call 7 am to cancel the 8 am appointment!! Claiming that cleaner is absent. Who doesn’t show every week on same days, same time and still keep their job?!!

The company sent me two cleaners. One of them showed constant dry cough after two hours from the service. I asked her to leave the villa because I have elderly and children at home. She said the company doesn’t provide her more sick leave (she took four days off the previous week). She also said the company doesn’t pay for COVID test. I contacted the company and asked them to provide COVID test for the two ladies. As expected, the one who was coughing had COVID. The other lady’s test came back negative. The company sent her to work next day, even though as per DHA guidelines, she had to quarantine for ten days because she was close contact to COVID confirmed case. I spoke to the company , yet they disregarded my thoughts to follow the guidelines. More houses will have COVID exposure in the UAE with the way this company is handling its staffs.

Adriana was by FAR the best thru your service. The others did satisfactory no complaints! Adriana hustled the whole time and everything is SPOTLESS!!! She went past expectations! She is a delightful human being and was a joy to have in my space. I’m in a severe illness and picky about Who is in my home. I wish I could have her come weekly.

What an unprofessional company they have no track records of their cleaning visits and after you stop their service, they invoice you random cleaning visits in my case 700dhs to be paid even after you have stopped their service! No internal comms no nothing

Please do not hire live in maids from them- this has been the worse and the most stressful experience I have ever had in 15 years living in Dubai. Absolute nightmare - completely unprofessional .Huge amounts of money gone down the drain-My mistake - I should have read all the horrible reviews on google first before giving them 16 k for a 2 year contract . Absolute rubbish attitude where the manager shouts at the customer and the maid who refused to work . Instead of asking her why she wants to leave and not work - he says ‘ okay dear no problem come to office ‘ who does that?

We are very happy with our maid (Marylyn). She arrives on time, is hard working and very pleasant to deal with. She carries out tasks without any prompting and does more than she is expected to. Lance is polite and easy to deal with. He promptly set us up with a maid that we are immediately happy with. Lance seems flexible and willing to accommodate our particular set of circumstances regarding maid help; very content that it has been a pain free experience so far.

Our second terrible with The Perfect help.My wife previously reviewed it from our last booking with them on their failed professionalism, and now I am as wellWe booked a 11am cleaning session with TPH and upon no one arriving by 11:15am we called to follow up. We were then informed the cleaner was absent and was not going to show up so if we could reschedule.This is find ridiculous , why is it that we have to call to be I formed that it was cancelled.Utter disaster. They have now said they are sending a cleaner for 12pm and she will be done by 1pm.Lets wait and see if they actually can complete their service or if it is another failure.I would to think you dont have that many problems that you need me to share my details. Speak to Christina and she should be able to help you. All the issues ha e been with herself.

Geraldine did a great job of cleaning our whole apartment. And not only she was hardworking and diligent, but she was honest to call me back and inform me that I paid too much apart from the tip I have separated for her. She went back to our apartment to return the excess payment however we have already gone out. I have been using this company for the past number of months now and I have found them excellent. They are always on time and are very thorough. I use this company for all my clients and as a result my clients are very happy. All the staff are very friendly and helpful honest and trustworthy and professional. Their customer service is exceptionally good and in particular Van in customer service. I only know her name as van but anytime i call she always deals with my request in a speedy manner and her follow up to any requests or requirements is excellent. Recently I needed a cleaning service at very short notice and within two hours Van had arranged everything for me. She always follows up with a call after each service to see if I was happy with the service and invites feed back. I have been using cleaning companies in Dubai for the past 6 years and I have to say that this company far outshines any other company I have dealt with. I have no hesitation is recommending TPH to any of my clients.

The cleaners assigned to me by my agent Mr Lance were amazing! They are super professional and very accommodating. I had some mold in my oven and they got it removed! which are typically very difficult to deal with. I am so satisfied with the work and the price was reasonable. A quality service I can recommend.

Efficient and trustworthy cleaners. I can leave my keys on days when I’m busy and they come clean my place before I’m home. I know cleaning with kids around and cats is sometimes difficult but they have given me an easy way out. I would recommend this to anyone who needs anything from a good house clean up to pet sitting.

This company is so great they even pay more attention to every details regarding on what do they need to clean. They make sure that they will do everything to fix your problem or to clean everything like the whole house, balcony, even the carpets, mattresses, sofas, etc. The cleaners are well educated.So I highly suggest that if you are looking for a cleaning company that can make your home neat and better.

Logistical nightmare!! There is always a mix up with the drop off and pick up of the girls. I fell in love with Mary Joy she is amazing and cleans close to perfect but i couldnt put up with the uncertainty of whether she is going to come every week or not due to last minute cancelations and roster changes or the driver just purely not checking the drop off schedule. Lance my account manager always tried his best and went out of his way to rectify mistakes but i book a cleaning service in order to make my life easier not full of more admin and follow ups.

I tried their service for the first time and they provided me a positive experience. Booking is easy, there is no need to sign up or download any application which is very convenient for customers. I used to order through third party agency but cleaning is terrible and poor customer service.The lady I had yesterday with TPH was wonderful, she cleaned thoroughly and really know what she is doing. I can say she is well-trained, I will definitely request her next time. Just a small thing, please do not drop your cleaner 30 minutes early. This is not a biggie but it would be more helpful if they can be drop exact time or even 5 minutes early but no to 30 minutes. I saw the lady waiting outside my house and I felt bad she has been standing under the sun for so long.

Very negative experience. I do not recommend TPH. Very inconsistent service. They change the regular maid too often often provide ladies that pick and choose what they do or not.

After few months of struggling to find a good nanny of our few months old baby, we finally found the perfect help. There were issues at first due to blocking of schedule of our preferred lady so we tried another agency but figured out we like TPH better. Good thing, Ram (the jobber) was able to work it out & we eventually had Mary Grace Isidro who is indeed a saving grace for our family. Well-rounded, very organized, fantastic multi-tasking skills and is able to finish a lot of work even in a short amount of time. And she is superb with our little angel! We moved into a new home just recently and we specifically requested for her change of assigned area and thanks to TPH for the flexibility.👌🏻

Incredibly disappointing service. Although the quality of the cleaning was good, I found that the company are awful when it comes to reliability and punctuality. In the first instance, they never turned up and when I tried to chase this up, my phone calls were avoided or they tried to delay making excuses about car trouble. I stupidly attempted to use them again, giving them a second chance and again no one turned up. My issue is that no one called to cancel so no other arrangements can be made and as a customer, you are left in a terrible position waiting for an imaginary cleaner. Highly unprofessional where they appear polite but allow such poor service.

I always request cleaning with them thru online and every single lady they send is amazing. You can book same day and they will provide very good Filipino cleaners. I am one satisfied customer, keep it up guys!!!!

If there would have been an option of ZERO stars I would have given a BIG ZERO to this cleaning company.I booked a cleaner for today morning with their Agent CRISELDA.The cleaner she sent had a zero work attitude.The cleaner pretended as if she doesnt understand English and i had to tell her everything thrice atleast.The cleaner brought a pair of SHOES with her and wanted to clean the house while wearing them.I refused and she literally threw them on the floor.She kept on asking weird questions and was also busy on her mobile.Totally stressful experience .Have tried this company for the first time and never again.NOT recommended at all.P.S Their website claims that its an American& European owned and managed company but their standards are ZERO.A small company is better than theirs.

I have never used a cleaning company before but Housekeep have made me feel so happy about the whole experience! They have been so accommodating so that the schedule works for me and there is always great communication. They leave my home looking so fresh and clean.
