Never use this cleaning company. Broke some items coasts around AED1000, promised to return money but nothing happening last year. Texted them many times. Kettle and expensive watch has been broken.

I ordered deep cleaning for kitchen and normal cleaning for 1 bedroom, bathroom and hall but not completely satisfied. Because the company havent communicated with the cleaning lady properly about the requirements plus they didnt mention that I have to pay for the material too, cleaning was done quite well but due to shortage of time that Cleaning lady told me she wont be working more than 4 hours and house being too messy that requires more time, some of the areas remain uncleaned. They charged me for whole apartment (1BHK) deep cleaning that I have seen on other companies price quotes.

I used this services several times when our cleaning-lady could not come. There are no special remarks. I do not check all corners, all the same, my cleaning-lady did all cleaning one time in one-two month. Somebody ordered already babysitting? Share your experience, please!
