Used pure zone the 2nd time round for apartment cleaning and not happy with their services. They are over priced and don’t do a good job at apartment cleaning if you ask them for a normal clean. Very bad experience 2nd time round. Will never advise and suggest to use their services.They always go the 1st time, not do a proper job then after that say they will send someone again and they charge again for the 2nd visit. This is not professional and unethical of them!!!

After varying experiences over the years have been struggling to get a dependable cleaning company to clean our Restaurant in Business Bay after renovation .Pure Zone were quick to return my call ,to fix up an early meeting to assess the work and then do it. Arrived on time and simply got on with it exercising reasonable care! Pure Zone Cleaning services carried out a full kitchen deep clean including the canopy, duct work and extraction fan. They provided an excellent service and were friendly and professional whos staff did more than we were quoted for. I spilled a full cup of espresso on a light beige carpet and It left a horrible dark stain in the middle of the room. Luckily I called Pure Zone and they were able to solve the problem in less than one and a half hours. Great service, friendly but in the same time very professional and very reasonable prices! Booked them last time for sofa cleaning and they were like 2 hrs late to come, had 4 guys in my 1 bed apartment, they rushed through the entire job and the next day when my sofa dried, it still smelled really bad. They promised to reimburse the cleaning and come again but welp, they are surely ignoring me now :) I wouldn’t recommend!

The ladies arrived on time! Did a very good job cleaning the house! Cleaned the walls, blinds, fridge, stove, cupboards, toilet . I would recommend this company! Ceilings and light fixtures, dusted and cleaned the ceiling fan in the living room. Cleaned and vacuumed under the sink and lazy susan was cleaned also great! I would ask them to come again.

Worst cleaning services ever, the cleaner couldnt finish a 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom, a guest toilet, and the living room in 3 hours. No dusting was being made, no vacuuming being made, cleaner kept using her phone, they charge more than other cleaning services while they should be charging much less. Dont be fooled by the reason they give you for being overpriced as you can find much more reasonable prices with other cleaning companies with much better service. Contact me if youd like to have names of recommended cleaning companies.

Weve used Pure Zone atleast 5 times so far and every time has been great. They are always flexible with timings and very helpful on the phone. The cleaners are very professional and friendly and always do a thorough job. Weve had a problem finding anyone in Dubai who pays attention to details and cleans those hidden spots but the cleaners from pure zone always do a great job.

Unfortunately I have to give this company 1 star, it would be more realistic to give 0. The first time I booked the cleaners arrived 2 hours late. There was no communication from them informing me of a delay, and after repeated phone calls and being told they were already in the building car park for 2 hours, which clearly they werent. To be fair they did a good job cleaning what I had requested them to do.Giving them the benefit of the doubt I rebooked a couple of weeks later. Unfortunately, at the scheduled time they didnt arrive. 25 minutes later I called and was informed that they will only be able to arrive 4 hours later due to a delay in a different location.Considering this is not the first occurance, it appears that this company cannot be trusted. And I would advise anyone taking time off work to let them in to not do so.

Next, why we have to deal with the security as one of the cleaners you sent us doesnt have emirates ID and employment visa is already expired!!! Very Bad service! Tried to book a service for 10 am next day, the cleaners were a no show upon contacting the company there was no suitable reason provided or any appropriate action was taken. Had to cancel and rebook with another one!

Vey poor service from all prospectives. Two male cleaners arrived 30 minutes late, knowing that request was for a male and female. One of the male cleaners has no idea about cleaning techniques. The other is okay but still not good enough. Overall experience was disappointing and the worst I have witnessed. My recommendation to Pure Zone is to develop their team members to gain more skills on how to perform their job.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE! I called and booked an appointment and they confirmed and following day nobody showed up, when I enquired the lady clearly had no idea about the appointment and then proceeded to LIE and tell me they had a car accident and thats why they didnt make it! If that was even the case surely they would call to let me know they wont be coming and also she would know what location they were on their way to! Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy, if you wish to get your sofas cleaned go elsewhere as these people are just BIG TIMEWASTERS!
