Had very disappointing experience with the company just now. Agreed a price with companys representative over WhatsApp. However, when the guys came they said the actual price is 2x since we didnt give correct measurements. I am 100% sure that the measurement were correct (have a proof in WhatsApp). The whole thing felt like a scam, blaming us of a mistake, making us to accept the higher price since they already arrived and playing on natural unwillingness of people to go through the hustle of finding a new service provider. Declined the service.

Globally speaking its a professional company but Ive had the same maid for 6 years and she a been with this company for 2 years only.They usually send reminders a day before your employee is coming. I just wish they would be more reactive when it comes to inform you that shes not coming because of sickness or something else!

The reception staff are extremely arrogant. They dont even know to handle customers or service provider in a professional manner. So shameful.

Very Very bad service. Information the reception team provides is wrong and incorrect.I was told that carpet is cleaned from top and bottom but when the team came, only the top part of the carpet was cleaned and I dont even want to mention how bad the sofa was cleaned.Sofa bed and carpet smell extremely bad after the cleaning, however guy who came to clean it argued that it smells nice and he was also extremely rude.I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Firstly if any expert company is going to shampoo a rug, they would know that it has to be done on both sides of the rub, especially when its a woven kind of carpet.Guys came on time, took them about 30 minutes and job was done.I had to get my carpet shampooed because of a pet urine smell. Now the smell is back. And when I asked Neat & Net to come back, I was politely told its already been 48 hours, guarantee is over.No wonder, the shampoo has a strong smell but it will only stay on for about a few days.150 down the drain.

Okay so normally I wouldnt be giving such a poor rating to any service that I havent been able to try but I have my reasons.I recently bought a groupon for a carpet cleaning with Neat and Net and then went to call them but they only responded when I called again 3 days later. Alright, I can get that with Eid and all. Now the problem begins. I tell them that Im looking for a carpet cleaning and about my groupon voucher for it and they ask me what area I stay in, totally normal. I tell them and then they say that they dont provide the service in my area and tell me to refund the voucher. But heres the thing, nowhere is it mentioned that there is a location restriction to the service which claims to be the best in Dubai. Not on the groupon voucher and not even on their website. Now I already bought a voucher and dont know how to get it refunded so I ask them to help me out in this case since it was partially their fault for not mentioning ANYWHERE that there was a location restriction and that my area just happened to be one of those places. But instead of trying the lady on call just tells me to get a refund and that she doesnt know how.So what Im trying to say is that though the cleaning service itself might be good (I wouldnt know) the customer service is horrible and so is the management of their information. I lost 70+ Dhs for nothing and I have no idea if I can get it back.

I have been using their cleaning services for years now and I would say that I am always amazed of the result whenever I come home. It is not just the cleaning part, I am truly happy with how they shampoo my sofas and bed.

Very bad unprofessional company I ordered sofa cleaning service at 8-8:30 am in the morning two Philippine guys came late for more than 1 hour without even informing me in advance. I changed my schedule for the day because of it. They kept toilet dirty poured dirty water and was not even to bother to clean it after them. Will never deal with this company anymore.
