This is the best place to buy who wanna set up the new house 🏡 for all classes. Specially I really appreciate with short lady who professionally guided me to choose the best items. Very bad customer service and very bad furniture delivery schedule. they are changing appointments without information and even after i rise complaint , nothing happened and delivery delayed more than 20 days .....!!!!!

They dont have proper system for returned items even i filed for the returned via online on the same date of delivery. It takes more than 10 days that i keep on calling everyday and they are always responding driver is out today🙄

I just want to re-furnish my house when I go there. I always leave with something, even if I dont need it.

Truly a horrible place. My whole experience was just simply endless suffering. We ordered a table to be delivered to our home, and they said it would take 2 weeks. They specified a date for delivery, so we stayed at home for that day. They did not come. The delivery came the next day, and while they said it would come for 10-11 it came at 3. They did not fix it and said that they do not have an installation policy, and then when we opened it the leather of the chairs was ripped and the wood had loads of splinter and marks. It was true garbage for 2000 dirhams. Do not come here if you value your money and want a decent service.

Extremely poor Customer Service. Paid almost two weeks ago. Scheduled for delivery today 2 pm to 6 pm. Trying to contact the driver from 3.30 pm. Contact Centre made me wait for 5 minutes, with no one coming online- So hung up.The outlet manager not answering the call.Driver when he answered replied arrogantly saying I have many Customers. I already informed my Company. I asked him again Will you deliver today?. His nonchalant reply I will try. I already informed my CompanyWhen in store, a lady Staff of Home Centre also picked up a fight with the Staff who was attending to me... Asking him to finish quickly with me.
