We bought a 3 seater morgan sofa online. after purchasing, we found out that there is noise coming out in the sofa. we ask help customer service of home center then they took our sofa for repair. after 1 1/2 months they said our sofa was ready. OMG!!!! thats repair keep me upset it was long month to wait and we have gathering time we are expecting 1-2weeks repair as per customer service advice. but in reality its not happen to us. me and my wife so upset and that kind of quality we can’t accept. we decided to refund/ credit note for this sofa and buy same price. but till now no response to them. really stress with this HOME CENTRE service. it was bad experienced at all. And we reach already consumer rights to this matter.

Dont go thinking youre getting John Lewis. Youre going to be disappointed if so, because this is a small franchise. Like going to the Hamleys in the Dubai Mall, forget the original as these are nothing like them. This is a brand selling to a buyer because the money was offered. That said, places like Waitrose (same group) have done a very good job of creating the same scale, scope, staff reliability and quality....so it can be done. Just not here.

A welcome addition to the Dubai retail landscape. Almost a full floor of John Lewis homewears, everything from kitchen utensils to beds. A huge range, very impressed with the style and quality of their products. Great prices also, I understand price parity with the UK. Worth the effort to go an explore
