HEMA, a well known Dutch department store opened a new branch in Dubai a while ago. You can find young and chic items for your home at reasonable prices. The store is much smaller than the ones on Netherlands but a good size for its first store in Dubai.

Super-awesome store, got exactly what I needed a pair of really good quality stockings that did not tear after the first use. I got for 4 such awesome pairs and guess what only for 30 AED that is indeed an awesome value deal! I was initially hesitant to buy from here because of its price but come to think of it - it perfectly balances price with quality and durability with its selection and quality of items sold (even the small cute ones)! They have an offer now everything for AED 30 and less, go and have your pick at HEMA and enjoy your buy! Customer service is also good here.
