I will visit again and again- its the same like pictures, view-decor-rooms-area- facilities and most important - quite and peace. one of the best stay in dubai compare to hotels.

Im uploading photos to support this review (videos for some reason it doesnt let me). I’m not one to bother on bad reviews coz I appreciate entrepreneurs and business owners (which in this case at the beginning they treated me well), however in this case, I do feel like I have to warn other potential consumers. The Deluxe Single Room needs to get a lot of fixing. The bathroom picture is deceiving, the shower is an improv where the bidet used to be, the curtain was broken and wasnt holding up. The towel (only one body towel, no hand towel) was dirty or poorly washed. Seemed like someone before had used to clean its behind and left it dirty. The second thing is the AC in the bedroom which is incredibly noisy (have a video, it sounds like a two stroke engine). I had to turn it off to be able to sleep on the second night (first one I dosed off under the influence but woke up 7am due to the noise). I ended up waking up due to the heat. The door handle on the bedroom door is gone, you cannot close it. The booking ad states soundproofing which is not true, as there’s an inch and a half gap between the door and the floor. Also there’s a paint stain in the floor by the door? Dunno what that’s about. I can keep on going on missing items from the description that weren’t there (toiletries, slippers, bidet, etc.) but in overall the advertisement promises a hotel like experience (for a hotel price let’s be honest) which by far you don’t get. If the owners where to offer refunds or get these things fixed, I wold give them 3,5 stars. If they lowered the price by 15%-20%, I would give them 4 stars. But under these conditions, this booking is not worth more than 2.Please, do not confuse with the hostel, that one apparently seems to be very good.

Its very nice and clean holiday home , it has amazing view from balcony and very modern furniture design , location is super , its so close to sky dive and metro station and located between marina Dubai and jbr , kitchen is really amazing has a lot of tools and Machens , the staff very nice and helping a lot , i feel my self at home
