We had the best vacation experience in many years! Thank you to our host Mike for the personalized attention and assistance. We thought this would be a once in a lifetime trip, but definitely not the case. We want to go back already. Everything was just perfect, from the apartment, to the convenient location, next to a clinic for COVID Testing, and lots of options for free entertainment and 24/7 supermarket. We felt safe walking around up to 3am, very friendly city, that’s for sure! Wait for us!!!

A very incompetent reservations team. I booked a unit with LUX and 1 hour before i move in, they informed me that the owner needs it and I was not allowed allowed to move in.I am updating my review in response to your reply because I couldnt reply separately or post a new review.Just so you know, everything from my side was confirmed and I mentioned that I was moving in and it was the reservations team job to block the unit not my job. Everything was agreed upon with the reservations team. I also spoke to the reservations and he assured me that it was the reservations teams mistake. So please do not try to justify.

Beware when you book with them. They advertise the same apartment with different prices, even if you book. Once they get the higher one they cancel the one you book if they can get more. Happened to me on Airbnb and I have proof if you wanna see it.As a frequent world traveller I have never seen anything like this! BEWARE!
