This is my first experience as a landlord. Ever since I purchased the property, I was faced with the daunting task of finding a suitable tenant for my property in Downtown. I had a ton of options in great locations around Dubai, the prices were very reasonable and all necessary services were provided. We had family visiting town from abroad and we took one of the apartments in Dubai Marina for their stay. Ahlan Holiday Homes made the entire experience perfect! They made sure to check us in once they arrived from the airport and the place was very clean with a great view! So professional! They provided toiletries, and fresh linens and they even offer house keeping if you request! All in all, my family was very happy with the service and options for apartments. 100% would contact them again for any other stays and reccomend them to anyone who wants place to stay that feels like home.

Pathetic service, took place for long term for 15 day no gasoline, for 20 days no dishwasher. When came to returning deposit back they are still not returning. Don’t even think about this holiday homes. This is the worst in Dubai. They have no work ethics no understanding for service.

I always stay at bnbs in Dubai, I must say by far this was the best experience I had, Kevin offered me a free upgrade and the apartment was beautiful, I specially loved how they are on point when it comes to communication and service. DEFINITELY Recommended!

Most humane company I’ve ever seen, I got stuck in Dubai cause of the quarantine, but the company and specially Kevin helped us extend our stay till we could get our travel arrangements sorted, definitely recommend!!

Awful service - the other reviews are iffy at best. Hidden charges that were not agreed upon when handing over and agreed upon. Stay clear.

Ahlan Holiday Homes, have the worst business ethics, their staff have no respect for customers. Its a promise and fail situation

This is to officially report an unethical business behavior and harassing customer treatment I received from AHLAN HOLIDAY HOMES company based in Dubai, Al Abraj Street, B2B Tower Business Bay. I initially made a booking thru Airbnb, got in touch with AHLAN HOLIDAY HOMES who invited me to cancel Airbnb and directly go to AHLAN HOLIDAY HOMES for a better deal. They promised me a full refund upon cancellation (statement here attached) and today I am still short by 656.60 AED that AHLAN HOLIDAY HOMES is refusing to refund dropping the fault on Airbnb. I am myself as a customer getting affected by 656.60 AED which is completely unfair and unacceptable. As a humble advise to honnest people and customer who wants to rent in Dubai, please stay far away from AHLAN HOLIDAY HOMES and particularly from Mr. Piyush (Kevin) and Mrs. Elizabeth.

This company only creates troubles and providing the worse services in Dubai!

The bedding configuration was not what we requested. The apartment was dirty. There wasnt even toilet paper. The whole experience was awful.

I liked the apartment very much - it is clean, comfortable, modern! A very important point - every day we were practically alone on a snow-white beach, to which only a resident of the Residence was allowed. Beach and pool 5 steps away! We will definitely come back, we recommend!
