We stayed here for 11 nights, this is an amazing hotel with polite staff.Hotel roomThe rooms are modern and properly cleaned. They also give you extra beds and baby cots if you ask without any charges. The bathroom is nice too!Pool and gymThe gym was very small and lacking a lot of standard equipments, but overall it gets the job done…my advised to the management, please get more machines.The pool was very small and not deep at all. The view is spectacular but the pool size is too small and the closing time is 10pm! Not convenient at all! Please change it to midnight at least on weekends. Also, why don’t you turn the pool into an infinity pool, the view certainly compliments it?BreakfastThe best part of this hotel was the breakfast! Amazing staff that serve you anything you want. Definitely looked forward to waking up and eating here.Overall, it was an amazing stay and i would like to thank the manager Ahmed for his amazing customer service and sorting out of problems. Additionally, i would also thank the concierge boys, Dawud and Moses! Very well mannered guys who are always ready to help you!…also the lifeguard…Mo was amazing.

Nice hotel located very close to Dubai Creek. Good F&B outlets. Well run property. What I really like is you can take nice walks along the Dhow Wharfage and Dubai Creek for several hours if you like going all the way around the Creek.

Stayed there for 15 nights in April. clean rooms, good housekeeping as they did a good job and responded quickly. not much interaction with the front office staff but the person who did my check-in wasnt friendly and didnt make me feel welcome at all. he was offering a couple staying for one night a complimentary upgrade but when i asked for the same he denied it outright even though i was staying there for longer....inhospitable or prejudiced.....take your pick

The hotel Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana - Creek is a very good located hotel, close to the Dubai airport. The rooms are nice, the views are terrific, especially from the roof top restaurant. There is also a nice roof-top pool for relaxing and swimming.I will return to the Al Bandar Arjaan by Rotana - Creek one day.

I stayed there for 3 months.Best stay ever probably.Staff is just amazing. Very helpful and friendly.I had a one-bedroom apartment.Kitchen - living room, bedroom, bathroom ... all great.Design, architecture, comfortness are top class.Cleaning was also top class both in the apartment and in the hotel.My appartement was serviced twice a weak and if I needed something reception was always there to help, at any time of day or night.Hotel has an Italian restaurant and a pub both with great food.Gym is well equipped and even though I am not into sports I found myself visiting it quite often.The pool is just AMAZING. Especially at night the view is breath taking. I love relaxing near the edge watching the cruise ships going up and down their root.I would definitely recommend a stay in this hotel.

The rooms are beautiful. Wish the beds were a little softer. Gym is first class and pool has an amazing view but a little on the small size.

Horrible reception! We took the romantic package and requested a smoking room, the room we got had a very bad view it was very small Horrible smell and the AC sounded like a tractor, when i talked in a nice way to the reception the answer was there is no more rooms and the smell is bad because its a smoking room! But when i got angry and requested my money back or another room suddenly there was another room which was great! The new room was amazing but the first room was very bad and the receptionist attitude was very rude and unprofessional! Definitely wont be going back there.

The hotel was clean, new, good room size and comfortable, good size bathtub and in quiet area.On the other hand, the lobby was quite small and it doesn’t feel like 5 stars hotel.Also the isolation between the room or the floor was not good, we was hearing the kids playing around us. Also, the blockout was very bad and the lighting was entering the room from all around the curtain.

Im trying to figure out how to put my and my familys 2 week stay into words. It was literally better than a Supernova. This hotel should be listed as a 7 to 10 star hotel. Even before entering the doors, the staff was amazing, very helpful, knowledgeable, etc. Reception was also amazing. We had a very good experience. We had an all-in package and that was excellent! The food is not all in quality but is so much more than that! Rooms are clean and cleaned every day. Compliments to the staff we have never been received as well as here. We have been very well helped by Mr. Shokh who made our experience so good.

We enjoyed the Ramadan Iftar Buffet very much. Good quality, and good service, very much convenient, especially with Coffee/Tea, as well as Soft Drinks are available along with Ramadan Juices. The staff were very welcoming, speedy and the Manager at (Salt & Pepper) was actively available and orchestrating the whole scene. Well Done job, and will love to visit (Salt & Pepper) again.

I have been staying at the al bandar Rotana hotel for a couple weeks and I have attended the Resturant on 18th floor called benvenuto quite a few times a member of staff called Rajeev assisted us, his customer service was excellent and he was attentive he made our experience amazing. Went for lunch with family. The ambience is good and its a good place to spend time with family. The food spread was good and the taste was good. The staff were good especially Mr. Fadi.

Very nice hotel, Clean, beautiful rooms, quiet and family friendly and close to almost everything we needed to do.Located in Deira, so very close to the Souk markets.Also 10-15mn to get downtown.Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.Big thanks to Manoj, one of the valet that exceeded our expectations.He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Even when we were done checking out, he went and looked our flight terminal at the airport to ensure we get at the right place. Very satisfied and will highly recommand this hotel.

Salt & Pepper Restaurant is the worst. Fully crowded and doesnt follow covid protocols. People walking around without masks. Barely any staff to serve the food. People taking food directly with bare hands.And the food choice is very limited and but tasty at all. Their objective is to fill in people buying 149dhs buffet.

I visited the salt and pepper restaurant. Was a little bit crowded, but the overall experience and food is great.

We had a suite and it was really an amazing room with views of Dubai Creek. The hotel is really beautifully designed. Quiet a few Malls around the area so their are things to do. We love Dierra for the more cultural vibe and this hotel is a perfect retreat. The cabana by the pool is also great for couples and families. Just 8 mins away from the airport the location is also great.

I honestly booked this hotel because of its price the price was good and also the interior. Everything was clean and nice but...I was bothered because it has a bad view and it wasnt near anything like dubai mall or downtown so I called to cancel and ask if i can take my money back & they were really understandable and helpful they returned all my money and they were really nice.Specially Grace and Samy Younes they were really nice and made checking out easier. They tried to upgrade the room so i can feel more comfortable but i refused and they understand it.They were really friendly, helpful and listening and taking my comments in consideration.Thank you so much for both of them. I am really beyond thankful for what theyve done.

Ive stayed in many 4/5-stars hotels during the pandemic and this one was one of the worst yet.The bads:The reception staff clearly doesnt appreciate younger clientele nor the average joe clientele. I was traveling for business, but didnt use my business attire for the check in and the check in staff were cold and even a bit rude. I booked non-smoking room (directly from Rotana) and still they insisted to give me the smoking room (hotels operate in max. 70% capacity in Dubai, so there should be more than enough free rooms). Only after threatening to cancel the booking, they magically found a free non-smoking room but... Once we got to the room it was a smoking room... Felt like they were joking with us.And the room... Definitely not proper 5 star: dirty carpet under the bed (check the photo) and really basic furniture. Also the room was really dark, even with all the lights on. The bathroom was nice, but the amenities were low quality, you get much better ones in many 3-5 star hotels. Cheap Nescafe (not even the gold) instant coffee in the room, cmon. Proper mugs and glassed replaced with the plastic ones. No bathrobe in the room.Noise cancelling in between the rooms is close to zero: you can hear when your neighbor goes to toilet or brushes their teeth. You can also hear all the noise from the Atrium (im still hearing the bling noise from the elevator when I close my eyes) and if someone is talking loud in the Atrium (we stayed in the seventh floor and totally opposite to the elevators, so the noise is even more clear closer to the elevator and lower floors). Most of the rooms have connecting doors, and according to the management they are even more noisy... If you are a light sleeper, dont stay here.The cleaning was REALLY slow and bad. Many times you could spend the day somewhere and the room still would not have been cleaned at 4 P.M. (even with the clean up the light sign on). And the cleaning was more like a make a bed and take out the trash, which is unacceptable during the current pandemic. The hotel takes pride of strictly endorsing the proper covid-protocols, but the reality is totally different. For them, covid is just a way to cut costs.The goods:Duty manager Marilyn, All the staff in the pool area, especially at the pool bar/restaurant, the pool & gym are nice (even though half of the gym equipment is sealed to enforce social distancing), the coffee shop downstairs was great and they serve somewhat decent coffee (which is not so easy to find in Dubai).Other info: we stayed in mid March and the Executive lounge and beach transfer were not operating at that time because of Covid (or cost cutting).There are so many good hotels in Dubai (Ive stayed in over 20 different hotels there) and this is not one of them.

My family and I stayed at the hotel with the all inclusive package. Our room was spacious and very clean with all the comforts of a five-star hotel.The whole hotel customer service team went above and beyond to cater for us. The management team, specially Sami and Grace, were so attentive and professional. They even upgraded us to a room with an amazing view of the creek.The restaurants were fantastics. The service personnel at Salt and Pepper were exceptional. The chefs were so kind always making fresh french fries for our children! Morgans food was delicious, Geo always welcomed us with a smile and great service. Our experience dinning at Gustos restaurant was unforgettable, under a unique view of Dubais landmarks.The pool was so enjoyable and special mention to the desinfecting measures taken by lifeguards and pool team overall.The tour desk helped us organize a trip to IMG world of adventure with discounted price tickets.Location was excellent, ten min walk to metro station, shopping malls, and the creek which we enjoyed walking and touring around using the boats.We rarely repeat hotels during our trips but this one will definitely break that rule.

Stayed here with my cousin from 5th of January to 13th of January. From the very beginning, things were very off. I am from NYC and I had this trip booked from August 29th. The card that I booked the trip with back in August, hours before we arrived, they claimed that the card was not working and threatened to cancel our booking. Please keep in mind that we were in Germany for a layover at the time and did not have service to keep going back and forth over the card. It wasn’t until my cousin and I begged the receptionist to please keep our reservation until we arrived 6 hours later. When we first arrived, The receptionist Marilyn had a NASTY attitude. She did not greet us nor acknowledge us, she simply just asked for our passports. It wasn’t until after we gave her the same card that was on file and it was approved that she changed her attitude. The next day we purchased a meal plan because the food in their restaurants were extremely overpriced. The half board that we purchased was AWFUL. EXTREMELY LIMITED selections and poor tasting food. The service at Morgan’s was mediocre. We paid around 800 Aed for 6 days of half board (ONE MEAL A DAY). Overall, the staff was very unfriendly and the customer service was horrible. To bring a dreadful experience to an end, we found a ROACH in the bed on our last day of stay. When I went downstairs to check out, the guy told me I wouldn’t be able to leave until my room checked by housekeeping. Is this normal?? I have never heard of that! Minutes later, I came back down to check out again w my cousin and reported the infestation to Marilyn and she only asked to whom i reported the incident to whilst pushing the card reader in my face to complete the payment at checking out. Absolutely horrendous. To top it off, we carried our own luggage down to the lobby and after the staff saw us struggling in the lobby, they asked if they could help us to the parking lot to our car, as if we hadn’t did everything ourselves already.Overall this “5 star hotel” was insanely overpriced and not worth the money. The food was awful and the drinks were worse and the service from all staff members were horrific. Please save your money and please go somewhere else.Btw we stayed in room 817.

Room service was exceptional. Interior finishings were second to none. Breakfast meals are tasty, appetizing, scrumptious, yummy, luscious, and delectable. The reception we got was something else, so accommodating and welcoming. For the two weeks my family and I spent, we can’t stop talking about the experience. We will visit again by God’s Grace.

Very good hotel .

Just as you would expect from Rotana. The room was very luxurious and spacious as was the bathroom (we booked a Creek View Room). Service was first class and the location of the hotel was perfect for getting around Dubai. The rooftop pool is fab and has a lovely view over the creek but can get busy so best to go early and get a good lounger. The food is a bit pricey but no more so than anywhere else in Dubai and we couldnt fault our meals. Will definitely stay here again.

This reviews made us book the hotel but its all hype!We were fist disappointed after ordering dessert at nite but they took an hour to deliver,when we called the receptionist said there was no order taken so she retook again,secondly the housekeeping staff cleaned the room and left dirty towels on the floor ,Third is tht there people smoking shisha in the next room or above room to us so our bathroom was smelling shisha causing me to sneeze all the time ,and mayb thts why we had a fire alarm for so long yesterday! Another is tht their restaurants are open on certain days making it difficult to find somewhere to eat since even the area around doesnt have good restaurants or shops nearby ,The Gusto Italian dinner is another one !needs to be worked on please ,the waiter didnt even let me taste the whine ,he just poured until it did overflow from the glass 😅 I have been to 5* hotels and this is way too far from being one ,the waiter at the pool tells us we cant order alcohol before 12:00pm reasons I dont know ,so he says he will serve us when its noon ,we wait until noon but hes busy serving others and now he has forgotten us !he comes 30mints later to apologise tht hes been busy he forget and mind you the pool is even not that busy at all. vanilla tea lounge was good ,but the rest I have told you ,everyone with their own experience anyways and this was ours.

That’s a very nice and new hotel very close to Dubai Airport but a bit far from the city, but by car you can reach it easily.Very new, super clean, very comfy beds, great decoration.. the gym is very cool to and the views from the pool are just great, although the pool is a bit small plus there are not many sunbeds... otherwise is great.Breakfast is overpriced in my opinion so I didn’t take it... but very good price for what you get! Recommended ;)

Located in Dubai Deira Creek at Baniyas road. I had attended one meeting with my colleagues at there event hall. Lunch was served in Salt & Pepper restaurant which serves International cuisine. Food was very fresh and delicious. Overall had a wonderful experience. Further, valet parking is available at hotel.

The Al Bandar Rotana is a hotel with a very good price/quality relation.Its very well located near the airport, near the creek and near the Gold Souk. Its just across the river mouth, so you can easily reach everywhere either by taxi, taxi boat or public transport. You have a very fresh and open air sensation as its not stuck in the middle of skyscrapers.Very clean, very well decorated and with a great breakfast.

We had an amazing stay here. Staff was so kind and always thoughtful. Our room was very tastefully decorated and spacious. Our first night there was a bowl of fruit and some pastries, which tasted great. Breakfast was always delicious and we had a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooftop pool offered us some great views of the Dubai skyline. The location was nice and a short Uber/Taxi ride away from many nice malls and places. I personally really enjoyed the gym which I think offers very unique views whilst working out. Overall I really enjoyed my stay here and when coming to Dubai I’d definitely stay here again.

We booked an apartment and absolutely fell in love with the decor in the rooms. Got a massive bedroom and living room. The apartment had a fridge, freezer, cooking hob, microwave, washer-dryer machine, plates, cutlery etc. There are lights in almost ever angle making our pictures look like we had the most expensive Camera. Only downside is access to the pool is across the main reception area, so you cant exactly stroll through in your bathrobe or towel. The staff were all very polite especially the porters. We were allowed to buy alcohol and take to the room, but the hotel will not serve you any unless you went to the bar. We were also able to order takeaway and take upstairs as dining at the restaurant was rather expensive.
