Had the worst customer service ever. I came to this shop last month (June) and bought a couple of things. The customer service was great at the time. An elderly lady sat at the counter then. I said Id come back in August to buy some stuff again. Today when I went there, there was an extremely rude girl at the counter. I asked her for the price of something and she responded in a rude tone. Told her I came back to buy shea butter because last month I got it a a different price, has it already gone up?? And she responded in a condescending manner, she told me well that was last month this is this month. And to think that I took a friend of mine who had never been there before. The assistant was calling her madam and was I felt sorry for her because she was embarrassed by the way madam spoke to customers. Thank you but will be taking my hard earned money to the Ethiopian store just around the corner.

I needed palm oil to make African soup, it was a long walk in Diera market but we made it. Thought it would be pricier but it wasn’t 😁

Yes I was looking for where to buy palm oil and I came to Google map unfortunately when I got to where Google maps directed me they aint there anymore so I got asking,the direction on the map should be changed,the African shop is a bit further down like you pass 2 more street and enter the street after medina(its on the right) on your left(at this point ask question because its a bit hidden), not too far from the major road, I got my small bottle of oil for 15aed(#1500). Sorry to say the oil was not like what I was use to with a taste I dint get, inshort it looked and thirst mixed but I used anyway ,generally they have everything you would need I.e yam,beans ,bean flour,eggs,ogoni etc you can find everything, the 2 girls there are just ok
