My husband and I are both on the meal plan we love the food . My husband goal was to loose weight and he saw great results in the first month .I wanted to maintain my current weight as I was breast feeding .I lost weight but then adjusted my plan and stayed on my current weight which was great for my milk supply ..I recommend this company good food .always on time .We are taking a one week break and then back to healthyu food .

Terrible food, no way to reach them since they do not answer and I am unable to get my deposit money back. I want to report them can someone please advise.

Don’t deal with them .. basically robbers .. they will take your money and skip all the meals..took 1200 from me for 26 meals delivery.. I took only 6 to 7 meals and never again .. they don’t answer the phone and they don’t answer what’s app .. it’s a scam .. I know the Croatian guy and I’m gonna file a case against them

Worst experience ever. Most unprofessional company I ever dealt with. Disgusting food that you cannot even eat. Can never get hold of them. They wont give you your money back. Only answer by whatsapp. Been waiting now for 3 months to get my 200 dirham deposit back! With no response.My advice is dont waste your time or money with this company.And I think the good reviews are fake

Please avoid this place. They have a horrible customer experience! They took 200 dirhams from me as security deposit and never returned my messages and calls to return back the bag and give me the money! Absolutely bad way of dealing with customers! Not to mention the time when they suddenly stopped delivering to Sharjah and whenever I asked them about the rest of my money they were ignoring my messages!!

A company thats very very hard to deal with. can never be reached by phone only by WhatsApp messages. most of the time I didnt receive the food i have asked for and there are times I didnt receive any food at all!the food is good, clean, tastes good, but the service is horrible! a lot of mistakes happen on regular basis and lot of carelessness.

A very unprofessional company and the worst services ever! To make my long story short I paid them to deliver food for one month, and in the first 10 days they only delivered 4 times. I kept on telling them about the incidents but they werent able to fix it, so I asked to stop my subscription and get a refund, but of course they are not cooperative at all! They never answer any calls or emails, barely reply on whatsapp and very unprofessional. They are a scam and I do not recommend it to anyone.

The most discusting company i have seen..they are a scam.do not deal with them they take ur money and they dont deliver u ..they dont answer whatsapp u cant reach them .i issuied a police report and case a ganist them also a complain at custmer rights food tast horrible

It’s a scam. Stay away. Horrible horrible horrible food ( tastes and smells spoiled) and they took my deposit and never returned it back. I chased them many times trying to get my money back but with no luck. I even tried to file a complaint against them but it didnt work since they don’t have a clear address or a proper contact details to get in touch with them. So you can’t get a hold of them and they’re very rude and unprofessional. They’re basically stealing people’s money and never answering them again. STAY AWAY!
