Fast service, friendly staff and delicious food.One of the best restaurants in this terminal. The food is always consistently delicious and the burgers are really fresh.The portion of meat in the burgers are generous and the milkshakes are divine - they are thick and full of flavour, so tasty!To fellow travellers, I would recommend you getthe red velvet concrete which is a signature item on the Middle Eastern menu.Although it is quite pricey (compared to other burger joints) and this branch can get quite busy during rush hours, it is well worth the wait.

Lovely place to rest at the Airport and also their burger and hot dog and fries was so good, totally loved the crispy spicy chicken in between the buns. And the fries were good and crisp and the pickles on the hot dog added just the perfect spice and sourness to the sausage and bun. Anyone around this place do try out their hotdogs and burgers and fries.

My inflight food was not the best so when I arrived I was in desperate need of something nourishing. The service from the moment I approved was welcoming and helpful as this is my first time in a foreign country where English is not the major language. After getting my food I struggled to find a place to sit but one of the ladies on the floor helped me find a spot, I was ever so great full after a 13 hour flight. Burger was delicious and while I didn’t have the stomach for fries, the looked delicious. Great experience

I love shake shack but the burger are so pricy. May be it airport price. Food good but small. The chocolate drink is so sweet. I might as well eat a pack of choclate and drink hot water.

Definitely a must go if you are transiting in Dubai. Staff are extremely friendly and food quality is top notch as with their other outlets globally. Be prepared to queue during peak periods such as lunch and dinner but it is almost always open. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Shake Shack is a NYC based burger specialist (basically premium fast-food) that has made quite the international splash in recent years, opening up in cities like Tokyo, Hong Kong and Dubai, which now has 5 franchises including the 24-hour Shake Shake in Terminal 3 Concourse A at Dubai International Airport.We visited here during a recent layover in Dubai for a single Smoke Shack burger, fries and peanut butter shake (AED 111, approx US$30.25). Obviously this is way too much to pay for Shake Shack anywhere. However, given that this Dubai International Airport where everything is very expensive, some allowance can be made for the very high price to eat here.Here you find a rather large seating area and the same Shake Shack order system youll find at their other branches. Order and pay at the counter, take your pager and find a table. Once your pager goes off, your order i ready, return to the pick-up side of the front counter and get your meal.As for the food, we have been really disappointed with the first Shake Shack that opened in Hong Kong last year so had our doubts when ordering. Happy to report that our Smoke Shack was pretty good. Patty grilled nicely, topped with veal bacon, sweet cherry tomato served in a milk bun. This was tasty burger - like those enjoyed in NYC over the years. Fries served just fine. We were also happy with the peanut butter shake. It was nice and thick, tasted as expected.Overall, we found the food served up at the Shake Shack in Dubai International Airport to be just fine but man the price is high here, roughly twice what it cost to try Shake Shack in NYC. It is a lot to spend for a burger, fries and shake, which is something to think about before deciding to try this Shake Shack or not.

It tastes good, the beef, cheese, bacon all packs a strong punch, very satisfying & savory after a long flight. Not the best burgers in the world, but is probably the safest option in DBXBut beware the price is quite high compared to what you could get elsewhere.

Hot dog was average. Fries were really cool. One fries and one coca cola is enough for ones meal

One of the best Shake Shacks Ive ever been to. The speed of the service isnt great but the food and concrete make up for everything. If youre coming from the states, make sure you get a red velvet concrete because thats something you cant get back home. I make it a point to go there every time Im traveling through Dubai International Airport.

The best burger n cheese fries in the wolrd.

Sat down in between flights and ate a cheese and egg burger, fries a choc malt milkshake and small espresso - worked out to be $42.00 (AUS) or €24.00 (euro)......OUCH !!!! Options are limited with a captive audience so what do you do, oh well, that’s what holidays are for. Extra star because there’s plenty of seating and the staff are super helpful !! :-/

Shake shack here is the worst that i have been to (nyc, tokyo, seoul etc) but still a good choice to eat at the airport here.

Was pleasantly surprised to find Shake Shack here whilst in transit. I paid 70 AED for a double Shackburger with an orange juice. The size of the burger is a little small for the price but I thought the patty is somewhat lacklustre. Its a little over seasoned and a tad dry. I have had quite a few better burgers back home. Most of the staff seemed decently happy with their job and was smiley and efficient except for one who definitely looked like he cant wait for his day to end. Store design is nice and theyve plenty of seats. Happy to have had it but never again.

You can find decent sushi and sashimi ONLY here in Rwanda. I also recommend Tepanyaki and other plates if you miss Korean and Japanese foods.

The burgers size was definitely not what they showed on the pic, and the fries were too soft, and lemonade was soso. Overall, nothing like that in the original shop.And remember not to pay by any currency other than AED, it could be 15% more expensive.

Poor on this visit. We always stop here when passing through Dubai, but this time around - just seemed like the burgers are shrinking even more by each year. Very disheartening! The shakes were even lacking in flavour - we had the black and white and peanut butter. I mean, well still always stop by, purely because we dont have Shake Shack at home in Durban, but guys - have some respect for your paying clients, your prices are exorbitant but the quality is seriously lacking now 👎🏽

Shake wasnt good. Tried to get replacement drink that was declined. Spent over $50 for a small fast food (self serve) meal and got terrible service. Supervisor simply came to our table and declined replacement. Furthermore the table next to us had a spilled drink all over the floor that nobody tried to clean up. A filthy mess that you can see for yourself.

Always a great place to eat at in between connecting flights, however it is very expensive. A burger and ice cream costs close to $35 AUD is laughable.The staff were great and the quality of food is always good

I give it 4 stars because when everything else looked closed in this terminal in the middle of the night it was open and had several customers. The burgers at Shake Shack are amazing and the frozen custard hits the spot. There are lots of places to choose from in this airport and Shake Shack should be real high on the list.

Had a layover at Dubai International Airport and was feeling like having a burger! The delicious smell from Shake Shack made me turn over to their side. I had the Spicy Chicken Burger. Took a few minutes to prepare and they called me by ringing the buzzer that i was given. The taste of the burger was amazing and very different than what Ive tasted. The chicken patty was rich and thick and had all the right amount of spices. Overall a great experience. Would love to try it again sometime.

A quick run from arriving at terminal 1 to terminal 3 to get best tasting burgers and fries had been worth. I hope more outlet in each terminal can be opened. A bit pricey compared to next doors burger stand, however shake shack offers best tasting experience by far.

A bit different from the one in Hong Kong. Mostly staff being busy with filling ketchup cups, left trays and people just sitting around. Same order retrieval system as HK, just nobody cared about the pick-up.

Seating is wrapped around establishment so not a claustrophobic feeling at all. Nice and roomy seating. Enough available. Not too crowded. Order is served within five minutes via a unique rag system where u hold a remote and it buzzes when order ready.
