Its a self service place. Small joint with limited number of sitting arrangements. Chocolate milk shake was good in taste but the floting root beer was more like medicine 😁 overall its a good place.

The SmokeShack was great and so was the Fifty/Fifty. I loved the seating arrangements because they seemed to be COVID proof! I will definitely return.

Developed technology. You can pay cash in the counter and the counter is only available for those who will pay in cash. Therefore, it is quicker and less queue line for them. Similarly, those who will pay with card, scan the QR code and it will take you to a website for you to pay and order. It’s simple and amazing. Also, good thing it leads to a website rather than downloading an application that will take over your available GB. Moreover, you don’t need to make an account (you may, if you wish)!This is the most amazing technology I have tried from these places in the UAETheir food is delicious, public knowledge. However, I tried a spicy chicken sandwich, it was new on the menu. I don’t know it’s name, but there’s a photo. It’s definitely spicy, which I am happy about. Also, it is somewhat delicious, I won’t give it 100%The service is incroyable! Not only they introduced me to the technology and they were available to help if you want help on it but they are quick and friendly. Moreover, because it was Ramadan, they offered to give me water for free for my Iftar. If that isn’t considered nice, idk what is.

Went in with lot of expectations and left satisfied. Had a double shack burger and peanut butter shake. This gourmet burger was simply wow. From the photos itself you can see the difference. The juiciness and simplicity is so outstanding. I hope they bring in more varieties to their menu. You are asked to order online even though dining in which avoids the hassle of waiting in queue.

Overpriced first. Expected better quality burger, mushroom was not good, tough texture , tasteless.. felt the burger was not fresh too. Staff over stressed about covid hygiene and should choose a “lighter” approach while maintaining that as well as calling customers “honey” and “darling” is not really appropriate.

Service was great waitress was rly nice n let us sit here bcs we didnt have a place to dit while we ate :)

There is no any priority yo restaurant customer people bering food from all over the food cort and eating in the restaurant table, the management is absolutely zero and the employees dont do anything about what is going on like they see nothing even after telling them . The worst shacke shack

Overprice, the burger is just a patty and an oily bread worst than kiddie meal without anything inside, with the same price you can get in burger king or Hardees which is really big burger, really disappointed, bad experience

I went to shake shack I did a review for my YouTube channel about it I tried the single cheeseburger its was amazing and I even had the frozen custard ice cream and that was the best ice cream I ever ate

I am disappointed how the one who took the order insisted that I try the Shack Stack burger on the basis of the requests for it more, but I wish I had not tried it and not asked for it .. a burger with mushroom flavor and not as if it were meatI asked for tomatoes, but unfortunately they landed in burgersUnfortunately bad experience and even cold drinks have no taste!
