Its been 2 months since my surgery which went smoothly, but after the surgery it was all bad.Wait time for the laser sessions are terrible.you have to spend atleast an 1hr for you to get your turn. Reception also loose track of who should go 1st even though they have a token number already which is SO DISAPPOINTING.i hope they fix this issue as many of the clinics client are complaining as well since before. If they really value there clients even after operation they should respond with an action to it and not just by giving useless sympathetic response in ever review here.

Very bad clinic, their aim is just to take your money, I met the doctor and he sounded like a pro and he is I believe but once u pay and u do the operation under nurses that are not trained and they tell you it will be under the supervision of a Doctor but that never happened the manager of the clinic came once or twice, I didn’t even see the dr that I did the consultation with that day, once I finished the surgery, they said dr will be seeing you but that never happened u will just be in the middle of a que of ppl that paid ans be treated just like a thing that they have to get off, honestly the receptionist am with was very good and tried to help her name is sali, but she can’t do much in the middle of a diss management clinic, they said they will give us a warranty of the hair I never saw that, the new transplanted hair is not linked with the old hair line, I lost lots of hair that I had before after the surgery probably because of the amount of anesthesia they have used as per one of the doctors that I have asked, the donner are is a disaster, the nurse probably wasn’t train and fit to do this surgery, overall bad experience am going to another clinic where doctor does his job and do the surgery by himself instead of hiring untrained nurses to do his job just for the sake of making more money.Attach is the way how they ruined the previous area where I had hair ans it all felt, all I needed is to make a new hair line and move down instead they did that and ruined the previous areas, attach also one of my friends review same problems if it’s not worst.Avoid this clinic they will just take your money and treat you like commodity.I will follow all the legal procedures in dubai to let the authority know how bad this clinic

I did my hair transplant 8 months ago and the results were very bad. I went to another clinic and they said my donor area was damaged while removing the grafts..No one checks up on you from this clinic after the surgery they will take the money and ignore you. Everything they tell you is a lie.If you want to go do laser treatment you will wait hours the reception is completely lost, even when paying they didnt tell me there was extra charges for the blood test and prp treatmentList goes on I recommend to stay way from this clinic and soon im going to consumer protection in dubai

Bad customer service, bad Accounting Dep, long time wasted!! Very disappointing!Maybe they are professional but they should know how to accommodate the needs of their customers!When it comes to receive their money theyre active and fast! When I asked for a refund they deducted 20% and made me wait for more than 2 hours (10:30 to 13:00 )then wrote a cheque ! As a visitor I didnt know that Banks close at 2pm so I hade to run to grabe my passport then go to the bank, when I presented the cheque I found out it needs to be approved in order to receive it in cash as long as I dont have any bank account in UAE! Now Im in the bank waiting for the cheque to be approved which waste the rest of my only day in Dubai!

I lost about 1000 AED because they didnt communicate well and gave me misleading information and they were dishonest.Eman the first employee that i contacted was nice in general but she cost me 500 AED. She told me that padra driver will pick me up at the airport but that didnt happen.. At the last moment when i arrived to Dubai they called and said that the driver have an emergency and he cannot come and that wasnt the case. So i had to take a taxi and pay. They promised to compensate me but that also didnt happen.When i met the driver the second day and he was an nice person to be honest he told me that he did not have an emergency. He told me that he did not come because his shift has finished.U can just tell me that he cannot pick me up and we are sorry. Just ve honest.When i arrived to the hotel that Eman instruced me to make booking at because they offer discount for padra customers. The hotel informed me that they cannot apply the discount because i booked through booking. Com. Eman was the one who instructed me to book through booking!. She said she is sorry and they will compensate me and that didnt happen also.I am sorry it is a long story.They take advantage of u because they know that u booked a flight and traveled and its difficult for u to cancel ur plans after all that suffering.They also made me buy medications on my expense. Also made me shave my head on my expense. All of that wasnt mentioned in the offer.. It was just a big fat surprise.Sally the receptionist was trying to use obsolete techniques to not make me angry. She was laughing all the time even when it wasnt necessary. She replied in whatsapp unprofessionally when i asked questions. She laughed at my face after the surgery like i was a clown. She wasnt professional at all and maybe that just because she didnt receive the appropriate training.I spoke to thier manager before i leave. He was a nice person. He apologized a lot but that wasnt what i needed. I asked him at least to compensate me with the traveling pillow just to show that they are really sorry. He told later that the upper management says u have to buy it. And he kept saying sorry.I can generally say that the women at reception are not professional at all. They are either dry and cold or the extreme opposite. I swear I am not biased i just told u what happened to me. However the men were really nice and professional.

I did the surgery in padra center before 1 and half year and after the surgery not getting good results after 8 months and I visit them so many time and they didnt not solve the problem and they asked other amount only they implemented front side of my hair and is so weak and in the back of my head no thing empty!I contacted with Mr. Mayar before so many times and no thing happened just he informed me come for blod test for repeat that surgery and I again payed 500 DH and before surgery he apologized for that appointment he infromed me Mr. Sayed not accept it!I visit them also and I didnt meet last time with Mr. Sayed because he was not available there but in the end not solve it the problem and No one contacted me from that day and Mr. Mayar ignored all messages because he promised me to solve this issue.Also the guarantee certificate which given to me not full filing the guarantee guide lines.According to my experience with them, I do not advise anyone.Thanks

He was fantastic, extremely professional, polite and very helpful.The clinic itself is very nice, the only area which needs improving is customer service, but I’m sure this will change in time. I don’t know why there are such inconsistent reviews here but the clinic does have multiple services, I only used dental and highly recommend Dr.Omar

Money making driven clinic,the work experience i can never forget in my life.I made hair transplantation in Jan.2020.I spent around Aed 11,000 Dhs. for hair transplantation & PRP. Exactly after 1 year, I started loosing most of the transplanted hairs as well existing hairs.Now again looking same before transplant.When I approach clinic, the Doctor is saying you need to pay again Aed.4000 to refix the issues.And if you want to consult the doctor, the front desk will ask us to wait for 3 to 4 Hrs.Only intention for the full team is money motive.Only they get your money and dont care any more.Their staffs are ridiculous. No value for patients.

Louisa took fantastic care of me and guided me through the whole process, and was (and still is) available at any time to answer questions, always friendly and always smiling. Maribelle did my procedure and was quite professional and focused and careful, always checking to ensure i was comfortable. Dr Sayed was great as the person overseeing the process and has been a great source of information and confidence. Highly recommend anyone considering the procedure to go to Padra Clinic (just make sure to dress warmly because if you’re like me, you’ll find the AC very strong).

Horrible. I wish I could give 0 stars. I cant believe it took me 2 years to write this review, but everytime I look in the mirror I remind myself that I have to write it and warn others. Lets start with the reception, very rude, they run the place like a supermarket, very unprofessional. There was never a single time that I visited and felt like I was being well accommodated.The two men in suits, the doctors, who I had my consultation with, are very good talkers. They did a great job at convincing me that theyre the best. They went on and on about how my scalp will be worked like a form of art, assuring me the outcome will be seamless and no one will ever tell I had a transplant. They even went to the extent of convincing me that my existing hair will become stronger after the transplant.Surgery day comes, and my first shock is that these two doctors have nothing to do with the actual transplant, they have technicians/nurses that perform the entire surgery. The surgery took 3 days. 3 days. 3 days of extreme pain. I have a decent pain tolerance level, but the pain I felt during those 3 days was crazy, they had to give me an injection at some point mid-surgery to numb the pain, alongside many pills.Fast forward to laser sessions. I hated every part about going in for laser sessions. The waiting period for a 15 minute laser session would be hours, I remember days where I had to wait up to 4 hours, just sitting in their boring depressing waiting area. To solve this I had to show up the second they opened first thing in the morning, not fun. Also, the minoxidil they give you for free is dirt cheap, they chose the cheapest minoxidil they could find and trick you into thinking youre getting something worthy for all the money you spent.Now for the most important part, the results. Hideous, atrocious, disgusting results. I had friends flat out ask me if I went to the 1 dirham 1 hair place, so embarrassing. Ive had so many people ask me if Ive had a hair transplant done, thats how obvious it is. The hair they worked on is too thin, and looks like plugs, like doll hair. Which is so funny because during my first consultation the doctor literally went like: Oh you know these hair transplant results that look like plastic doll hair? Yeah those are bad transplants.. I remember thinking wow these guys know what theyre doing, except, doll hair is exactly what they gave me. I cant do anything with the hair I have now, my only option is to grow it a bit longer and do a comb over, which looks horrible. It has 0 volume 0 thickness 0 texture, and it feels so unnatural, this part is really hard to describe, but touching it and pulling on it feels so weird, it feels like its not my hair but something stitched to my scalp.One last thing, recovery process was a nightmare. I had rashes on my donor area for months. The donor area on my sides is permanently ruined, it looks obviously patchy as if I am balding on the sides.I regret going through with this so bad, I regret it everyday. I wish I saved more money and did it somewhere else even if it was outside the country. Never go cheap on your health or looks guys, because the results will only add to your stress.I never contacted the clinic about any of this because its a hopeless case, I know for a fact they wont do anything about it. And if they will, they will probably ask for more money.

The slowest service I ever seenAfter hair transplant I was supposed to complete laser session. In fact my token number was L054 at 4 oclock when I reached the token number was L044 and even after an hour and a half it was showing the same token number. Now a laser takes only 10 to 15 mins session. Even if an hour has passed atleast L051 or L052. But it has sticked to the same number L044 for an hour and a half. I hope the management sees this review. And make things to improve faster service.

Results what matters and they did good transplant for me

WORST EXPERIENCE in hair transplantThey promised something and delivered nothing. Gave me an unprofessional hair transplant with irregular pattern which is very evident. The surgery was a painful experience. Any patient approaching them with any grade baldness they promise to fix them, take their money and perform a name sake surgery. And charges them 7500 to 8500 dhs.Even my brother who did the transplant with me on the same day has no result and they ruined his donor area.We spend 8500 dhs for one surgery with 6 months medication. Tried to fix the issue with them and they promised to fix the previous surgery. I ended up having prepared for the second transplant having 2 course of antibiotics. And on the day of surgery they made me wait for more that 5 hours and then again tried to negotiate with me to pay again. I had to walk out without anything.Zaid, Hadi and Meyar are the 3 people responsible in that clinic who promises different things but they never agree to each other.Before paying waiting time to see a doctor is only 15 mins but after paying waiting time will be 3hours and more.Basically 1 doctor is handling around 10 -12 different surgeries. Each patient will be handled by one technician, the skill of the technician depends on your luck.These people doesn’t have the basic dignity to consider the emotion and physical stress that each patient is going through. It is just a business and they dont care about the patients satisfaction.

I have done a hair transplant 7500 hairs , it was a decent experience overall . The highlight of the clinic was Louisa in the reception ,she encouraged me as I hesitated before the procedure.in addition, she helped me get through the recovery time and was very patient. She was very professional and accurate in answering all my concerns always with a smile.

The lnterior of the clinic is Good but everything is wasted, if the mens washroom is a Disaster. Petrol stations washroom are 1000 times better then Padra Clinic Washroom 🤮🤮🤮 Its like outside BUTTER inside GUTTER. Please check the washroom every half an hour. I had visited twice to ur clinic and faced the same issue.

Honestly the clinic is very professional, but the receptionists are not at all. My file was handled by someone who didnt care at all about my issue. She only wanted me to open a file with her to record a new client, maybe for her commission.I want to thank Dr. Hadi for continuously guiding the technicians and also Louisa and Ayham for being extremely helpful to us although our files were not with them. I was in the clinic and I have done the transplantation. The transplantation was well done and the service by luisa was amazing. She was helping me during the whole process until follow up meeting.I can highly recommend the clinic and there staff luisa. She is one of the best who guided me during all the process

Reception team including the coordinators and the (sales team) have no experience with how to manage or handle a customer at all, very rude, no respect, no proper communication, they try to charge you the maximum possible money with no clarity from the beginning.Secondly, the person who dose the hair transplant is actually a trainee nurse with no proper experience ( not a doctor).Surgery room is actually like a 30 years old metro station, very dirty, not organized, and it seems to be a store room.Meal was a AED 10 cost and improper.Waiting room is very noisy and confusing.I’ve been totally disappointed and regretted doing my hair transplant there in Padra Clinic . And absolutely I don’t recommend it to anybody.Thanks.

(( FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS))I DID A PROPER CHECKING ON ALL BELOW POSITIVE REVIEWS, AND 90% OF THEM ARE ((FAKE)), HOWEVER, I TRIED AND VISITED THEM, AND THE RESULTS WERE THE WORST EVER, IMPOLITE TEAM, THERE ARE NO DOCTORS, EVEN THE TRAINEE NURSE WHO DID THE HAIR TRANSFER WAS TOTALLY INEXPERIENCED, AND THEY ONLY THINK HOW TO TAKE MORE MONEY WITH ZERO RATED SERVICES, I WILL DEFINITELY OPEN A POLICE CASE AGAINST THEM.RECEPTION TEAM ARE TOTALLY RUDE AND ZERO RESPECT AND ZERO COMMUNICATION SKILLS . At consultation time , receptionist called me many time to book an appointment. After hair transplant procedure nobody contacted me even on 10th day for hair shower, and now same for laser sessions Im trying to contact them but no answer and they didnt call me back .. Not recommend

Very bad service from the staff once u go ther for laser you should wait more than 2 hours to make one session and the staff very careless with the patients .

I loved my withening and cleaning session .. its was perfect with Dr Omar. No pain and its quicly. For sure i will go back

The results speak for themselves Im into the 6th month post my operation and I couldnt be any happier with the results. I flew all the way from Canada after Ive seen a friend do his operation there and today I would recommend amto anyone who is dealing with hairloss to go and do their operation there. I wanna thank Mamalimous and the technician Jeda for taking extra care of me! Good job guys!!!

Unprofessional, I don’t want to go for details but the person i had to see in my appointment was unprofessional, bad experience, I don’t advise anyone to visit them, after all, it’s not about spending on the decoration as they wanted to give this fake image about them, it’s all about the customer service and the professionalism in dealing with the visitors and the expected customers, the person i had meeting with was disaster for the place, many places offer the same services but I doubt any of them will treat their customers the way they did.

Doctors are good, technicians are good. However, very poor customer service by the receptionists, and the waiting time for the laser sessions is minimum an hour every visit.
