I have been planing on getting my hair transplant since 2016 and after extensive research, I am very happy I chose Enfield Royal Clinic for my procedure. Unfortunately, in the beginning there were some complications. However, the attention and care Dr Awais demonstrated in response to these concerns reinforced to me that I had made the right choice by choosing Enfield.I am extremely grateful to Dr Sadaf and her team of technicians who performed my FUE procedure as they went above and beyond my expectation in carrying out the procedure. The transplant lasted over 12 hours (Due the numbers of grafts needed and the complexity of my medical condition). The care, attention and detail they manifested during the procedure was incredible and praise worthy. They constantly ensured I was ok during the procedure and in no form of discomfort. I found Dr Sadaf exceptionally competent and proficient in her work. Two weeks on from today: I am extremely grateful and happy with my results.I would like to mention and thank Anna who has been extremely helpful and prompt from my first contact with Enfield. What has meant the most to me and I am extremely grateful for, is on the day of my procedure, Anna came to check up on me and see if I was ok and needed anything. Dont let Dr AbdulMajeed Makkiya anywhere near your nose. He operated on me 2 years ago and caused permanent scars and a big bump. Im still suffering and paying to fix his mistakes till now! The worst part is that he wasnt even sorry. horrible experience and a horrible person.

I had taken a package ( 6 sessions ) of Glutathione & Vitamin C here. My experience was there was very little or no change but ofcourse you could do it every week twice ( which I didnt ) however I dont think the risk is worth the reward to pump such antioxidants in your body for whatever reasons. I just wanted to try it for the Hype surrounding this but I dont think I will try it ever again even if its free.My above review is for the product in general not the clinic or its service.The clinic is nicely located and I found the hospital staff, receptionists and the nurses to be very friendly, helpful and nice, so would definitely recommend them for their other services.

I worked with Enfield and I can say that Mr. Muhammad is the best boss that I had here in Dubai. Misunderstanding happened but compared to other employers that I had, he’s second to none. Best of luck sir to you and Enfield.

Amazing clinic.First of all the clinic itself beautiful, organised and very clean.The staff super helpful, kind and friendly.They are really happy to help and answer all your questions.I had lip filler and botox in here by Dr. Zein.I highly recommend him. He is so professional and have a very good eye for what you need or not need.He made my lips so beautiful and perfect shape what fits my face. My botox looks natural, didn’t freeze my face but a huge difference. I got so many compliments.I’m so glad to found Enfield Royal Clinic and Dr. Zein, it’s hard to found a good doctor & clinic in Dubai.I highly recommend them.

Excellent value for FUE procedure. Very friendly and exceptionally clean facilities. New location is much better than previous. Lost a star for post-procedure: zero followup at any time to see how it was going. PRP sessions felt more impersonal. Overall great experience for the money, but left feeling like a dollar (dirham) to them than a valued patient.

The most welcoming team when you are new to the world of Aesthetic procedures, been there to get the pigmentation on my face sorted out, the results are very good considering the events that lead to it getting that bad, had my first session and it’s looking better, waiting for the next two sessions and I’m sure the results will be amazing. NOT impressed with this place. Unhygienic, unprofessional, unfriendly, cheap / fake equipment and products. I decided not to go ahead with the procedure and would not recommend anyone sensible to even consider going there.

I have done the PRP hair treatment as well as for health consultation. The place is very nice and clean. The most important thing I really liked there is the staff, they are really amazing, very friendly and helpful. You can go there and ask for either Noor or Ana, they are doing a great job to make everything organized and they are very helpful. The doctors are very good too, they are listening, understanding and providing you with the best solution. Overall, the place is amazing.

I have done my surgery yesterday successfully. I would like to say thank you to Dr Awais and specially Miss Sadaf along her highly profession team (Miss Anees and Kiran) as you have done marvelous job. Its quite hard to give full care to patient for such a long whole but you did it more than my expectations. THE WORST CLINIC EVER!!! I’ve done the under eyes filler procedure against dark circles with them and I got huge bags not even symmetric under my eyes which is not going away after 3times dissolving !!!!1,5month already !!!Guys for your reference you can see attached photos of that ugliness.It was my first experience to do something with injections and it’s really bad .Dr.Maj Makkiya have done that ,what enfieldroyalclinic stuff commented to me:”he is more into plastic surgery not for fillers that’s why “but no one told me that before doing my treatment, when I was asking for a professional so they changed another doctor Zein,who is trying to convince me by taking 40minutes of my time that maybe I had that before and showing me my photos!!!!!!Which is RIDICULOUS and offended !!!!!I never had bags I had only color under eyes which was ok to cover by make up now I am just wearing my mask till my eyes seriously !!!!Not professional staff at all!!!Dont take that risk by visiting them!!!!you will look worst much worst then before

Went for a consultation, had to take time off work. I waited for over 40 minutes and then had to leave because nothing was happening .The staff also argued with each other loudly. They tried to make me sign a confirmation that I received information that I hadnt received yet. Wouldnt recommend. 😂

This guys are just looking for ways to ripping you off. I’m a patient who’s concerned about starting signs of hair loss. Now a days information is out there on how to treat/manage that. These people without properly diagnosing me, just started suggesting expensive stimulation treatment without going into the root of the problem and prescribing medication and treatment that work on that. Very displeased and angry about what happened.

I’m very happy to find this clinic. They helped me to get rid of disgusting acne. I passed the consultation with the therapist and she prescribed a course of anti acne peeling. Also she recommended me cosmetics for home treatment care. After the 1st procedure I saw a real result on the next day. I found the Enfield Royal Clinic through instagram and based on their profile it seems like a good place to visit so i thought to give it a try.The second you walk into the clinic you are greeted with a warm welcome by the staffs.I booked for a hydra facial with Ms.Elaine who is very kind, friendly, professional, and competent. She recommended me a Chemical Peel treatment as well which I am absolutely blown away by the result!They also gave me a cream to improve the effect of chemical peel.My face have never looked so clear, fresh, glowing, soft and hydrated after few days of peeling. AND THAT IS ONLY AFTER 1 SESSION!I am currently on my 2nd session and i am definitely so excited to see more result!So thankful for Royal Enfield Clinic!

New transplanted hairs came only in front edge line and no hairs growing in remaining front area including the center crown portion.Recently we came to know that they didnt planted hairs completely in the slit openings.When he contacted Dr Mohammed, he told him that his hair was weak and will get only this result.If they could have identify this scalp hair weakness before his transplantation, he will not do hair transplant. (Who will waste money for nothing in return ?)I can see very good ratings for this clinicBut for my friends case, iam truly disappointed.Because Clinic failed to diagnose his hair and scalp properly. They just took money and no responsibility to support customer to get hair growth result. We have requested clinic several times to give us solution but not giving any value for the requests.Again kindly requesting you to do some solution for him. Because you already got his money and in return he should get atleast 85% -89% hair result.(In my view his result is just 30%)Expecting favourable action from the clinic management.
