I am starting my hair vitalizing treatment today. As I am reading all the negative reviews, I am worried that I am paying for nothing. I get 6months package that includes 6 doctor consultations and 10session of hvt. I hope that there will be positive result since I paid already for 6months package

DR Batras is nothing but a scam! There was zero progress even after a year but they tried convincing me to continue the treatment for another year. They are extremely overpriced. I honestly do not recommend them to anybody who requires immediate treatment, especially for severe hair loss. Instead, book an appointment with a regular dermatologist who might actually help.

Don’t waste your money, the doctor I was consulting with only knew how to take selfie’s and constantly change her WhatsApp picture instead of replying to my queries regarding progress and medicine ( she said I was free to message her anytime ) She kept trying to convince me that there was progress but there was picture evidence that there was no progress. She was also very arrogant with my mother during a consultation. Totally unprofessional and a waste of money! The only person who does a good job is the man who calls to confirm appointments.

The clinic is neat and clean...and the staff is very polite and supportive.The Doctors give you ample time and attention. The only problem here is.... it takes a lot of time... even if you have a fixed appointment. If you have an appointment at 8 and you reached even if you reach 10 min before.... they will at least take 30 minutes to call you.

Once we put our bad reviews they say your review is valuable.really is that true my review is valuable .How about my money I spent it for 3 years package for nothing literally nothing. I have completed one year paying from my pocket for lesser treatment + medication from pharmacy + test from laboratory those are not valuable?.Lets not talk about the money .Lets talk about the customer service and the treatment,coming on the time before 15min and setting in the waiting area for 1 hour sometimes more I’m taking nap their. I do not understand why they even make appointmentsThey also have a system that generates appointments for you. You only know this when they call you the evening prior to confirm an appointment you never made -- effectively creating a vicious cycle of delaysThey have called me on 2 occasions 2 hours prior to ask if they can delay the timing of an appointment.If you try to call them, they have strange timings. Doctor is only in after 12:00 noon till 4:00pm or sir you have to call the clinic directly. They will help you.As far as the doctors are concerned, the consultants hear only what they want to hear. They assume typical allergies without hearing your case. When your file is passed from one consultant to another, the WHOLE STORY is lost and you have to re-explain. You only realize that they themselves have no clue and that you could have potentially taken medicines which were anyways ineffective and unecessaryI know that homeopathy is not an instant treatment. I have countless family members who have used homeopathy as an alternative but never have I heard these experiences. The least I expect is prudence and respect for ones time.Avoid this organization -- they will do a fantastic job of wasting your time.

I first visited Dr Batras in December 2018 for treatment of Vitiligo, although I enrolled in January 2019 for Vitiligo along with hairfall treatment as well as I was suffering from it since I moved to Dubai in July 2018.My Vitiligo had been over the eye for almost 5 years and had stopped spreading 4.5 years back, so was trying to remove it completely. Before starting the treatment, I had specifically asked if it wont spread (as I heard homeopathy do increase the symptoms first) and was assured it would not.Although after starting the treatment in January, to about in August somewhere, I started to notice it had started spreading to other place, near the skin, towards my cheek (very light at first, but could notice once looked at constantly). Confirmed with the doctor and she said its nothing I am just feeling it like that.In September around it became much more prominent and visible and had made a big mark near the as as well now. And the response of the doctor to this is This happened because you did not have trust in the medicine. (Ohh really, then I would have probably gone to a pandit or sat at home trusting the sugar I eat to treat it by itself.) How can someone who is educated say this this?And then just 6-7 months into the treatment of Vitiligo, and the doctor then stopped the treatment and asked just not to take the medicines as I felt it was spreading more, and after that no medication was given for the next 2-3 months I had visited and were giving for only Hair fall, which I did not intend to join for, but joined as I was to go for Vitiligo treatment anyways. So, disappointed with all this, I stopped going to the clinic.Regarding the hair treatment, I really did not notice any difference. Might be during the time of treatment would have slowed down the hair fall, but sitting almost one and a half year from the date of starting the treatment to now (in August 2020), I have more prominent hair fall (although they used to say after the treatment, your hairs would be as it is as is now and hair fall wont be less for atleast next 3 years).Both both the claims very terrible wrong. I sit here now having more hair fall than ever in my life and have a big visible white spot on my face ,which by the way had been stable for 5 years, but thanks to Dr Batras effort, it did begin to start spreading again.Edit 12/10/2020: After showing them the image of the spread Vitiligo portion, they clearly denied and are trying to put the blame on me. Cooking up a story themselves saying I mentioned about spread of Vitiligo in February, but I had done in September,2019. Im visiting to Dr. Batras from last 2 month for my nose sinus polyps reoccurring, but since 2 month im didnt get any change in my health. ever time i am getting new medicine some is available here some are not and doctor is saying try to get it from Desert cart or somewhere from INDIA. what I experience that they are just trying the different medicines without even knowing what is the MAIN cause of my reoccurring polyps.i want to suggest try to find some other homeopathy doctor.

Dr. Satyasree has been my doctor for 2 years. She has been treating me for polycyst, hormonal treatment and thyroid. After an year surprisingly I gave been completely cured of polycyst n my hormones seems to have stabilized leading to loss of weight n reduction in hair fall n acne. Horrible experience and very dirty for a clinic. they served my water in a scratched plastic cup, so unprofessional. i also waited 30 minutes for my appointment which last 10 minutes.. and then the doc asked me to pay a package so she can give me remedies plan. i asked to see what packages they have but they did not have anything printed on paper... of course I wouldnt pay for something that is not clear. so unprofessional, I left the place angry and forgot my insurance card there.. which the registrar kept insisting she wants it even though I made it clear that my insurance company doesnt pay for homeopathy. i kept going back to the clinic but they were always closed, and I think they opened 1 day a week and I couldnt get access to get my card. i placed complains at the call centre.. of course nothing.. its partly my fault for not opening a case early enough to have my rights... now they closed that branch down and THEY LOST my card... when closing down, Im wondering, didnt they see they had a lost card lying there? they had all my details, was it hard to give me a call to collect it?
