I am writing this post on behalf of Seema Rozario as she doesnt have an email account. Seema was suffering from arthritis for over a year and tried steroids and medications but of no avail. Finally after hearing about Dr. Shaheena Kadri at Dr. Batras in JLT she started her treatment there. Its been about six months now and theres no looking back because she is over 80% better than her initial condition. Dr. Shaheena is a very dedicated and thorough doctor whose reputation precedes her. Seema is utterly grateful to her and is continuing her treatment with her knowing shell be fully well soon one day.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Batras.I went for treatment of a very specific skin issue. After 1 month of treatment I had my 2nd appointment. The 2nd appointment was with a completely different doctor and not once did they check the progress of the issue I initially went to them for, which in fact did not work and the skin condition had become worse.After the 2nd appointment (which was basically an evaluation of my personality and nature) the doctor discontinued the course of treatment prescribed by the first doctor for my skin condition. When I asked what the new medicines are for the doctor told me they are for xyz conditions based on the 2nd appointment (which were completely unrelated to my skin condition!) I was so frustrated that the course of treatment was veering away from the initial issue I went to them for. When I asked the prescribing doctor what about my skin issue, she said she wasnt aware and didnt have the access to my file at the time (!).When I expressed my frustrations about this fact and also the worsening of my condition despite following the course of treatment, the doctor prescribed pills for anxiety. And in the end the first doctor called me back and changed the 2nd doctors prescription back to the treatment I recieved at the first appointment (even though I mentioned the condition was becoming worse, not better after the prescribed treatment.So basically:1) There was absolutely no alignment or consistency between the 2 treating doctors.2) They treat the patient as if they have no right to have any concerns or opinions about treatments.3) I bought a package with 3 appointments. I used 2 of them and still have 1 remaining. Its been since September 2020 that no one from the clinic has followed up with me to schedule my last appointment.I would never recommend Dr. Batras clinic to anyone based on my personal experience.

My experience was very bad with this clinic...when I visited for my hair loss issue they assured me that it will be fine but will take almost 12 months..i was OK.with that..but their main purpose was just to sell their package. I brought 3 month package and tell them.if I will find it suitable than I will continue the package....but they didnt give me right medicine till 1 and half month..After 1 and half month dr takes my all the details and ask about my nature and character..that time they literally forced me to buy package for another 9 month and said that this is our last consultation in this 3 month package and then only we will treat u further and give me some medication for another 1 months. I said my package is still valid for another 1 and half month but she said I will close ur file if u will not extend ur package and this is ur last day when u can decide whether u want to continue or not..very bad..only want their package to sell..dont want to treat patient. and claim on there website to stop hair loss in just 5 week..very bad

One of the best homeopathy hospitals in Dubai. I visited the hospital in August 2020 in JLT, Dubai for the treatment for hair issues and Dr. Shaheena Kadri has supported a lot and we’ve been seeing the excellent progress within 3 to 4 months of time. We are satisfied with the treatment.

I am being treated by Dr Shaheena for HS (chronic boils) and I have seen good results. Since the past 6 months my HS problems have been cured. I don’t have any words for their medication but its over priced. NO INSURANCE MORE TO PAY. Also the doctor said that insurance is not counted in hair treatment but I heard the lady in the registration talking with patient about her insurance. Even i paid for 3 months for hair loss but the doctor did nothing she was just quiet. They care about MONEY only. Don’t loose your money on clinic that don’t care on the first day.

Was not a great experience, doctor straightway jumped on treatment without advising any test to find out the cause of hair fall. Doctors dont appreciate questions , very rude responses .. not recommended if you are really concerned about your hair and you want to know whats kicking it.

Welcoming on 1st Visit when they sell you a package. Post that its like you need to constantly follow up. Just started a hair restoration therapy so too early to comment on the quality of care but they lack badly on friendly environment. They dont even have water for patients and the reception is hopeless.

I visited Dr Batra in 2017 for my skin allergy, I didn’t know the cause of my allergy. After visiting the clinic couple of times I can see a difference and I did get to know the cause of my allergy.Recently my file was shifted to JLT branch, which was done by the staff it’s self.Miss Namita (Admin/ reception) has a good customer service skills. The updates with the appointment and rescheduling is done well.Only issue can be the parking around the area.

My experience has been good. My wife was having dizziness for few months uncurable by alopathic. Treatment from Dr. Batras clinic has cured her ailment in one single visit. I have to wait and watch for her on going hair growth treatment

Getting an appointment of your choice is a nightmare and once youre there in your scheduled time they make you wait forever even when the doctor is free. Every clinic in Dubai is up and running by 8:30AM but these people start after 10:30. Parking is also difficult. My advice, dont visit if you have other alternatives.
