Clean, great service and great location

Excellent hair and nail salon. They listen to you and actually give you the hair do you want (unlike other hairdressers who push their vision on their clients). Gets super packed though so make sure to call two to three days before your appointment.

My experience here was TERRIBLE. My hair is blonde, nearly platinum with bleach.1) Khaled at the Marina branch left bleed marks in my hair and promised to fix it. He left the country.2) Nearly a month later waiting on Khaled to return, I was told by the manager of that location hes unsure if Khaled will return.3) Same manager tried to fix the bleed marks and made it much worse.4) Contacted the owner about a refund. The salon didnt stand behind the work because Khaled was a freelancer and they already paid him for the service and therefore refused to refund the money I paid.5) Foolishly, I let the owner convince me to use another one of her color specialists. He made the bleed marks even worse AND over processed my hair leaving it brittle and so damaged its falling out.6) I had an in-person meeting with the owner and showed her the horizontal bleed lines her blonde color specialists left in my hair. She said that shes not an expert but they look fine to her. I was flabbergasted and horrified that she considered that work as acceptable.I will never ever again visit Polished Hair and Beauty.

Had a keratin treatment, blow dry and cut here by Khaled and was blown away with the results. Highly recommend Khaled, I have been going to him for years; He is always professional, he puts a lot of time and attention into his work and knows a lot about hair. The manicure was also fantastic! Great experience.
