I am only doing acrylic in this salon, specifically and only with technician Valerie. The lady is amazing - professional, skilled with comfortable personality. These five stars I am giving are just because of the quality of her service, i havetried other technicians, but there is no comparison. She is an great asset to Rival. Whoevers thinking to do acrylic in Rival my full recommendation is going for her, you will not regret and you will keep on coming back.

I am really disappointed! I called for nail extensions and got price when i arrived to reception,lady who is arabic speaking was extremely rude! The way she explains offer was extremely rude I thought she will punch me on the face, while she was explaining (shouting) everybody was looking at us! Felt not welcome and left..sad that receptionist makes people run away never recommend..!

I only choose RIVAL to do my acrylic nails and i will never trust any other salon tbh, the stuff are professionals, but i needed to take 3 rounds to find a parking there.

I loved the manicure it was really neat and clean.

I have done today facial with Elma. She is really good and great asset to the saloon which is not worth going there for any service. The way they treated their own staff was really shocked and poor. The arab lady in the reception where I pay my service was really aggrasive with a grumpy face and dont know wither to answer phone or take the money from the client or even shout to staff, I feel that she would punch me on my face without any reason !!!!! Not recommend to go there if you have the same option in another saloon. This review is for Rival saloon in umm sequiemAlot of construction going on beside the saloon right now. So lots of noise.

The bad experience in my life my appointment at this Salon was for pedicure and manicure with blow dry from to 2pm until 15h52 I just get done my mani and pedi the reception girl she asking to wait for my hair they just forgot they don’t car at all no service I asked for the manager she didn’t come didn’t show up the salon not busy at all the staff are not busy now I’m writing my opinion we are only 3 customers in the room no once car about the customer.Not recommended at all 😡😡😡

This is the only place Ive been in the past 3 years in Dubai whose polish does not chip and come off the next day. The Essie long lasting polish is great and not hard on your nails like gel. The ladies are wonderful and attentive. I would highly recommend this place and its on the Entertainer.

The staff are so professional, supportiv and conciderative. The hair style and hair extention was amazing and satisfying. The interior design and over all look is the saloon is good. The prices are between normal to high but their offers and discounts are so tempting. The issue with parking lots. You need to come early as the parking lots very limited and it is better to take appointment.

What happened always with me take long time to do hair roots color..and the salon is like a damaged factoryFull of smoking from protein treatment abs it was noisy from high music I don’t feel relax at all..

Bad experience i have it with them, i came from umm Al Quwain to dubai to do my hair protien and my hair still wavy so i called them they say come back when i show them i was think they will repeati it again like other salons but they just wash it and blow dry. thats why i give them 1 star

I had an awful experience at this salon.The person who did my hair kept constantly leaving to answer the phone. I’m not the type who would usually say anything if it happened once only. However, it was 3 times and was so annoying !I have never been treated like this in any salon.Very disappointing! It was my first and last time !

Worse service ever, they dont care about the customer they care only about money, I bought an extension from then with a very high price later I came back to color it, it tooks them 5 hours to get the color after that they said we cant coz its coming colored from the factory in a another world not natural hair, and instead of changing it for me they ask me to buy a new one from them👎

Unqualified staff. I did mani & pedi - my toe was cut till bleeding, heals still cracked, nails filled in all shapes possible. Would never go back again.

It took me 7 hours just to do hair rincage and protein (my hair is medium length and not thick)While she is working for me she is doing for other 2 at the same timeNot professional when choosing the color and just will follow your choice even if your choice will not be ok for your hair which means they are not that professional to recommend you the best choice ....Seven hours, just the right protein and rinseageThe rinsage used to be twice because it was as if I did not flatten something and my hair was orange, and they tried to convince me that it was sweet orangeThen, alone, a second, she chose for me the color that turns orange, so the responsible person says salvation, as long as this is his meaning, the color will be ok ....
