I had visited for my daughters haircut,and we had a terrible experience as the lady with short hair which was cutting my daughters hair was extremely rough with her..while doing her blowdry she tangled my daughters hair very badly on which my daughter cudnt stop crying and was left traumatized.We have used the saloon earlier & the long hair hairdresser is the best. Never seen someone being so rough with a child as they were getting late to close the shop & She was not at all professional,not wearing gloves and their brushes had old hair stuck on it.

V had a bad experience at the saloon today.. the hairdresser with a coloured hair in the front was very rude... n must really really learn the basic manners to spk n behave with the clients .. because he is not giving the service for free.. haircut was nice n saloon is also good n my kid enjoyed haircut n was really fast..

Very kids friendly and experienced team. They are so happy at work making us feel to visit them back for sure. Offers freebies to kids and take utmost care of hygine. Cant expect anything more than they offer with price they charge. Simply owesome saloon.

We are visiting this place for third time for our twins hair cut... i am really impressed with the staff and the ambience maintained here... staff is so talented that they satisfy the little babies with the best haircut... price is also affordable... availability is also not an issue most of the time... overall my kids and I are are one of the satisfied customers

Staff is ok, but they have no idea how to manage a toddler during a haircut. Kept asking us to control the child to protect from the scissors and machines.

The salon has very good infrastructure and the facilities. The staff is very experienced and professional.The space often gets crowded on weekends and evenings. There is easily a waiting time of about 15-30 mins.Due to its busy schedule, the staff are always in need to hurry up hair cuts. Hair cut is an art and cannot be standardised. Due time needs to be given in deciding what kind of hair cut will suite a kid. A hair cut looks different on a picture and on your kid.The military cut that I got for Son looked nothing great on my Son. I would not pay 40 AED for such a cut.The kids get to eat one, two or at times three lolly pops. From the looks of it, I think the quality of the lolly pops needs to be improved.Maybe next time I ll go during non peak hours.

This is the 2nd time I am visiting this saloon bcz 1st time experience was good, but this time they were so unprofessional and didn’t remember that they were handling kids, bcz its was last day of Ramadan saloon was overcrowded looks like staff couldn’t eat so they were irritated to the core and showed their frustration to the parents and the kids, if the saloon was crowded n if they were unable to mange the crowd they should close it down without accepting more n more customers ...worst ever experience, never ever visit this salon!!!

It was fought badly in which there was a man’s barber and he had patience with the children for his words that there is a harem, but I don’t know when they are around
