I was booked in with Neil after the corona ban was lifted. I had more than 6 months of root growth and Neil absolutely transformed my hair. I have full head highlights and he was able to lift with no band... its the best colour Ive ever had. I highly highly highly recommend Neil for anyone looking for a specialist in bleach blonde hair.I travel from Saudi to Dubai every 3 months... he is that good!

I can thoroughly recommend Chill Salon.From the moment I stepped in the staff were friendly and professional.Neil and Luke discussed my requirements as I had a disaster after colouring my own hair numerous times during lockdown and gave me their professional opinion as to the colour and style I should be looking for given the condition of my hair.At no point in the consultation were they judgemental as to my actions in creating the challenge they faced.They didnt fail to deliver a wonderful result. I can not express how blown away I was with the transformation and the results speak for themselves. Chill Salon is definitely the best salon that I have experienced in the UAE. Thank you guys.

Daniela was amazing and very detailed when it comes to my hair and how she treats it. She took the time to ask questions and find out more about my opinion and as well suggest that It would be great for a change to try Balayage. Not all stylists are very skilled in cutting short haircuts. Neil, listened to the details and cut my hair exactly as discussed. The cut was great and I couldnt be happier! Highly recommended for anyone looking for short haircuts. The staff were friendly and professional.

I am disappointed with the way the hair color has turned out. I already went to the saloon once where I shared my pictures showing how the hair strands had turned yellow making it look unhealthy and had mentioned the same that I dont want to look blonde and had shown reference thr quality of pictures . It was expensive however a the quality was not worth it . I am extremely disappointed and wouldnt want to ever recommend or consider coming back again. More than the money its a waste of my time e

I had my hair cut by Simona. And she made an absolute mess of my hair. She cut my hair in less then 15 minutes. She did not use any products on my hair other than the shampoo and conditioner.I have not used any other stylists as that was my 1st visit to Chill Salon. I will NEVER recommend or ever go back to Chill Salon.If any does go, dont ask for Simona

This is my first experience at a salon in Dubai. Normally I go to my hair stylist in the UK.So I was very scared , also due to the correct situation.I prebooked the appointment and told them that I was a new client and I think they may have given extra time for the consultation. Maxine was so thorougher , put me at ease straight away. The outcome is amazing , I’m so happy that I found her. Also the salon uses disposable everything, what I had to put on and the towels to dry the hair. Maxine told me they have taken half the chairs away to make more space per client . Highly recommended....

It s few years I go to Chill Salon to my favourite hair stylist “Maxine”. She is simply amazing. Since I know her I don’t go to any other stylist! She is lovely, very meticulous and patient. She won’t let you go till she is 100% happy with your hair. Beautiful in and out. I highly recommend her. She is master of styling difficult hairs 😃

I go to Chill because of Helen, quite simply. She has been caring for my hair since she moved to Dubai almost 9 years ago and I wouldn’t dream of trusting my hair with anyone else. I have sent friends and colleagues to her over the years and they have all remained loyal clients. Even my mama books in a session with her when she flies in to see me. Or maybe she comes to see Helen and just uses me for a place to stay?😜 If you want a knowledgeable, skilled, and truly talented hair artist, with a side of honesty and humor, she’s your girl!

Ended up at chill salon after horrible experiences for hair color at 2 other salons. I found out about this salon after reading google reviews. Must admit, I was relieved to have a knowledgable discussion with Helen. She did not only listen carefully to my concerns, but also gave me options that best met my expectations. Nonetheless, we bonded immediately. Very happy to admit i got the color i was hoping for and i am a future customer for sure. Another good thing i found is that their stylists use variety of brands for hair color which is always good when you want a specific color. Like other cheap salons, they did not do any false advertising, nor tried selling stuff that did not fit my needs. I would highly recommend Helen, and hopefully other stylists from this salon as it seems to have a good repute. Thumbs up guys!

I’ve been having my hair coloured with Maxine for over 3 years now and I’ve never walked out of the salon unhappy. Blonde is a very hard colour to get right, and Max does it in a way that won’t ruin your hair but still in a way that makes you walk out loving it every single time. She is also the only hair dresser in my life that blow drys my hair and I don’t walk out changing it when I get home. Lastly, her energy is addictive and positive, so every time I get my hair done it’s always exciting because it’s just like seeing a friend for a catch up. I’d highly recommend ☺️

They really have no idea how to deal with an Asian girls hair. The cutting was expensive and totally a disaster. I had long hair, now its short and ugly, have no idea how to save it... couldnt sleep in the night.... So regret to choose such a saloon... It was my mistake, should have never trusted some one from UK to handle my hair... Asian girls, pay attention to not make the same mistake, or else you will be crying afterwards like what Im doing now....
