The quality of work and the customer service is top notch as I was told that I would need to revisit to get the service done due to high load of clients but somehow this staff managed all the clients without lettj g anyone being down yet delivered everything within time alongside the quality work done. Was experiencing hair fall and hair thining for few months and was really worried about it. I came across Vivandi while searching online and decided to give it a shot. Dr. Zarah is really amazing when it comes to about solving hair issues & good at giving hair advises. She gave me good hope for my hair. I m already done with my 3 months of treatment and scalp condition has gone better and also the quality of hair has been improving. The staff at the reception are very professional and very helpful. LJ who has been doing my scalp cleansing & deep conditioning treatment is very good at her work and gives her advises and make you and hair, both feel beautiful. I’ve had thinning hair for some time now, and finally after years of contemplation, last month I decided to try and get some professional help.This is my first time trying out something like this - it’s only been a month so I can’t say for sure how it’s working out for me. What I CAN comment on though are the services and products.Firstly, the trichologist was knowledgable and answered all questions I had well. She also gave me some tips & advice that I was not aware of prior (which I looked up after of course).After seeing the trichologist, I bought the list of suggested supplements and hair care products (it is pricey, but not anything out of the ordinary for these kinds of quality product). I gave all of it a go and overhauled my whole hair care & supplementation routine. The supplements are okay (again it’s still too early to tell if it’s working), but the hair products I can honestly say are fab. They feel really nice and stimulating for my scalp.I also tried their in-house scalp treatment and fell in love. My technician LJ is amazing with her hands & is just generally really nice and helpful. I’ve always avoided treatments at salons fearing it’d make things worse. Now that I’ve found Vivandi, I’m so relieved to have found somewhere I can get a little hair pampering that actually feels beneficial to my scalp.Overall, I’m happy to have had taken the leap in trying this place out.

Suffered from hair loss for years. Tried every treatments with good reviews but none worked, then found Vivandi. Now onto my 3rd month of treatment with Dr. Zara and glad to see small hairs growing. My scalps condition has gone better too. Very satisfied with the service and have to mention that staffs are great and very helpful too. I also love the idea that i dont have to worry about running out of shampoo and dropping by the clinic to buy, cause they deliver the products right at your door step.

Visited 1st time and so happy with the consultation and service provided. Dr. Zara is amazing, she gave me good hope for my hair. One of the best hair specialist i met till date, made me feel so comfortable. All staff i met are very nice and professional. Scalp cleansing service is worth going for.

What keeps me coming back to Vivandi are the excellent customer service, cleanliness of the place and value for my money. I started my hair loss treatment a month ago and the hair specialist, Ms. Sarah, explained my scalp condition thoroughly and subscribed supplements that I am currently undertaking. Currently I am still on one month treatment and to my understanding results will be seen after 3 months so we’ll see. Aside from Ms. Sarah, I would like to commend the excellent service I got from the Vivandi team - special mention to Ellie, Linette and the reception team.

I consulted with Dr.Sarah at the Vivandi Spa and she gave me a sensible solution for my hair fall problem. The main reason I came was because they have all-natural products which are reasonably priced. I am pleased with the doctors consultation and customer service. I have been coming for the last 8-9 months. As with any hair treatments it takes time and patience to see good results and must follow the specialist instructions properly, which I had to learn. Although my hair fall problem is not severe it has taken time to see the proper difference, at least 3-4 months.I am happy with the progress and will continue using them in the future. The ongoing and previous promotions definitely help with purchasing a new treatment and easy recommending to new clients.

I was experiencing hair loss for years and tried so many ways to stop it. But nothing worked. After consulting with hair Specialist Dr Zara of Vivandi 6 months ago, a slight hope came to me. She said wait for 3 mos (while of taking the prescribed Supplements and twice a week home hair treatments). The hairfall started to slow down and come 3 months the hairfall reduced to half! Im happy about results :) I recommend Vivandi for women who have the same problem as I do. Also the staff are all nice and polite :)

Horrible place.. fake marketing.. and lies.They are located in a good hotel. But the clinic/center is terrible. The service is very low standard. They just wanna make money.The reception is not friendly at all.. very rude.. feels like they are just doing the job to get a salary.NotThe lady who comes for diagnosis is not even a doctor and acts like one.And they lie about the hair health conditions and give useless medication and products to buy.Sorry.. but would not recommend this place at all

The clinic itself is very neat and tidy. I like that their treatment center has private rooms. The receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. The hair specialist, Ms Sarah explained to me the problem in detail. And also, Terence, the staff who did my deep scalp treatment has been very sweet and he did the job really well!

I had the Wheat and steam treatment for my hair that I feel is drying due to the weather/sun etc. My hair was left feeling and looking fully nourished and I felt it really improved the condition of my hair for some time after the treatment.I loved the little mini hair salon/room that I had my treatment in. It felt very personal and quite special. I got free valet parking and great communication from the staff members of staff that did my booking and treatments etc.

I visited the VIVANDI Trichology Center yesterday for a deep scalp cleansing hair treatment and it was amazing! I felt relaxed and my hair felt soft and healthy afterwards. It was a really great experience visiting vivandi trichology hair centre...such a friendly and professional atmosphere...i had a great experience with dr sarah who analysed my hair and scalp with a skin analysis machine to give me an informed view for the reason for the hair loss..i did not realise the condition of my scalp had anything to do with it.....i also very much appreciated the scalp deep cleansing treatment with the very friendly and professional staff...they also provided me with a comprehensive treatment plan for next 3 months and lits of useful advice on health, nutrition and supplements...
