I am wearing a hair system for approx.7 years, have changed 5 service providers during this period (3 extremely expensive, one operates in 13 countries i.e. UK, US, Australia etc., second one works with US celebrities I say this based on videos I have seen on his website, 3rd one provides hair, skin and beauty services).The message I am trying to convey is that despite of using the most expensive services, the hair systems were pathetic, even the most expensive looked nothing better than an upgraded wig and made me look like a clown. After 7 years of disappointment I decided to place an order myself with a US supplier (after significant research). Meanwhile my existing system needed servicing, I avoided my old supplier and made an appointment with ICONIC.I arrived at ICONIC with the intent to service my existing system, the owner Ahmad requested me to try one of their systems, he claimed it was different from products available in the market, given my experience I was skeptical how good it would be. He offered a trial system and it was stunning, I was amazed by the quality, texture and natural look it was much beyond my expectation. Today I cancelled my US order, the supplier said that he would be charging a cancellation penalty which I felt was reasonable, secondly I wasn’t sure how it would turn out to be. What I found is really good, something that I have been looking for all these years.Apologies for the lengthy post, however I felt that it was important to share my experience with people who are currently dissatisfied. My advise “don’t spend your hard earned money on stuff that makes you look pathetic, buy the right system that looks natural, easy to groom and manage”. I observe alot of bad actions about treats in this company...please who want go there treat employee good coz they are working without visas and mistreating them publicly and if they will ask for them visa they will lose them work so I hope to each one go there treat employees good specially for this situation
