They place the extensions so tight to the scalp that I have palpitations all over the area. It is a painful and unbearable feeling. Despite the fact that I asked the technicians -for the 2nd time- NOT to apply so tightly, apparently they INSIST to do so because like that the client will not return in a month because the extensions have already fallen ... AND AT WHAT COST? AT THE COST OF HAIR LOSS DUE TO TRACTION ALLOPECIA? These people are not educated to put extensions, they do not understand the nature of hair or the risks involved in doing what they say. They believe that all clients are the same, which is a huge mistake by the Administration, if they believe that because the client is going to save a few pennies by not returning until 4 or 5 months as they say, one will want to lose their original hair with such absurd application. No ladies, youre wrong. Not all clients are the same. There are those who are interested in keeping their original hair in the first place.

Guys, its closed now, was relocated to Jumeirah. I went all the way there then found out about this so he it is so that you dont have to drive for nothing.

I paid 1700 Dirhams and found out then that the hair extension is not pure. Its mixed artificial and naturap and it was the worst ever. I will never deal again with karkafi. They are untrue and they even dont return back their extensions despite that their signature is there and they conaider themselves unique

Staff working here are sooo rough with their hands. They put the hair extensions so tightly and so close to the roots that it kept pulling so painfully on my scalp all day and i couldnt sleep from the pain. Had to go back next day to get them removed. What a huge waste of money. They need to teach the staff how to be more gentle while installing extensions

Ive been buying hair extensions for my wife for the last year and i think they are really professional.

Have bought quite a few items from there over the past 8 years, but lately the service is zero. The new manager, slim, claims to have 17 years of experience, he smells like a heavy smoker and is a bit too neurotic for a customer facing representative of a reputed brand like Karkhafi. Though I ended up purchasing an extention that I dont quite like for AED 2500 just to get it done with, I wouldnt like to deal with that person again.
