They give you ideas and suggestions to make you more beautiful.

I have been a customer for 5 years in Diera branch, yesterday I used business Bay branch the experience was awful.. They repaired my hair and cut into very thin pieces to charge me extra,, I felt like deceived and have nothing to do but to pay..the difference is very significant between repaired and new hair volume with the same number of pieces.I dont think I can trust them again.

Awful service, Ive been a client for 6 years in a row, Ive always paid the same for the extensions, I get around 150 pieces always (this time I paid a crazy increase). The last time, they took me in, the girls where in a massive rush to go and finish their shifts, that first of all from the beginning they made me feel so uncomfortable by getting in the middle of my decision to choose my hair extensions to the point were I even laugh as I have no space to see them for myself. 2nd wrongly placed, 3rd made me feel all the time the rush they had to close the place. Ended up paying 1700+ I did not appreciate their service, and the work at all.... the environment there is very bad and the manager did not even had the delicateness to get back at me.... so My mother, sister and I decided to stop coming here.... they had a better service before ....

Horrible cutomer service! Quality !!!I used karkafi pony tail product last and was extreamly happy with quality as it stayed an entire year with daily use without damage.This time i ordered something else expecting the same results.Do, Ordered the hair after 3 days get a call to book an appointment. I booked after 2 days..I went to my appointment on time, was welcomed by many ladies stuff in the reception!1st disappointement ! They brought tje hair from the drawer and while checking it was wet and smelling very bad. Means they received it wet they stocked it as it is without drying it!They had to wash and and dry it!2nd disappointement, hair was not ready, they had to prepare it on the spot, as the one who took the order did not communicate properly the information..3rd disappointement, all of this, took 1 hour.. after I start to complain they started preparing my hair.4th 5th 6th etc.. after 2 hours i found out that quality of the hair was extreamly bad ( see pictures )Ps: they do not have any manager in the shop, and the only one solution to speak to a manager is via whatsapp..:)All of them were saying it not our fault !! Whos fault is this ?Manager refused to call me !! So what to expect more !!!Is this karkafi ir something else ??

I started dealing with them 4 years ago, the service is exceptional, amazing customer service, they advise the best for your hair, not about just taking money. Accommodating to my booking requests. Rania is very professional. She managed to color my hair from black to blond without any damage, though it was burnt before at another salon and I came to her crying. I bought 2 wings at that time, which were super great quality, then she helped me grow my hair safely then did the color change safely and gradually.All the ladies there are so polite, professional and great service providers.Highly recommended

I have been a customer for 5 years when they were located in Bur Dubai. I recently ordered a top hair from Karkafi and Im extremely disappointed by the quality. I have only wore it 4 times and this is money wasted. Very disappointed. Customer service means nothing.

Extremely horrible. No assurance of quality, you buy new hair, in one month hair are falling from the inside and guess what, they start blaming the customer of using conditioner (even though I have not) or giving some other silly excuse, you come to fix the mistake and they charge you as the hair are new. No manager no supervisor, just banch of girls, all sitting in the reception talking their languages and laughing.So unprofessional, would never recommend to any girl

Arabic staff serve negative attitude and can’t handle upset clients well.Extensions are expensive yet poor quality.Don’t recommend at all.

I am an old client of Karkafi Hair and I can say that is the best hair quality in the city, I usually go to the business bay branch, I like the ladies in there, I just would like to tell to the manager pay attention at the ladies who works applying and removing the hair extensions to be more gentle, our hair is our best accessories, and treat it like it was yours, sometimes I lose a lot of hair because the lady pulls it a lot!, also her nails is too long so always leave me with scratches on my scalp when washing my hair, this is the only thing to complain and if they could change , that would be amazing, because its my favorite hair place to go in Dubai!

Very bad service, they lost my wig when i dropped it to wash and style.. when they found it, it was not ready and then thy did what i asked for..And asked me to drive 45 min again to them to pick it up..The ladies who work their have very bad attitude.. and they dont know how to deal with angry clientThey just keep asking me to go pick it up.. and ignore all what they did.. I had an occasion and couldnt go because i did not get my wig.. and paying alot for a bad serviceI dont recommend this place at all..

Terrible experience. Greedy theives.I had hair extensions put in that were supposed to last 3 months. They only lasted 2 weeks.I am no stranger to extensions, and I did my research on how to care for them. So I was aware that I shouldn’t oil nor condition them.When I walked in to have them removed, the staff kept gossiping on how bad the quality of the product was.Even the lady who put it in for me walked in to fight with me because she thought that I had issued a complaint on her. I didn’t. Her work was good. The product wasn’t.The quality of the product was really bad as it kept tangling and falling out by a large handful whenever I brushed it- that’s four large handfuls a day. Even during shower.I requested a refund for the horrible quality of extensions, that they clearly saw and where gossiping about, but they said that I didn’t give them a chance to see it for themselves.They stole my money.I feel cheated.

I was told the hair is natural but I was sold PLASTIC hair instead. The hair was so tangled it pulled out all my own hair with it when I combed it. To make things worse when I went there and told tbem they refused to do anything about it. Terrible cistomer service and product.
