No freeze put on my account with covid, made up rules about freezing to try to make me pay for another year when I was leaving the country soon so I got a few months out of my membership in total. Went back once more after that and half the equipment was blocked off for covid and yet not even staff were wearing masks. Better off spending your money on home equipment.

Good Equipment and access to swimming pool!

Very friendly staff and professional gym coaches. Hygiene standards maintained the housekeeping staff keeps cleaning of use. Proper booking of time slots maintained to avoid overcrowding. They have evening Zumba classes if people are interested. Good offers on gym access.

Very rude staff. Especially the egyptian receptionist. Does not know how to talk to the members. Went early morning and the way she spoke ruined my day.And btw this is not the first time it has happened.Extremely rude, mannerless, and does not care attitude.Not recommended at all until and unless you want your day to be ruined by a receptionist. Really annoying.

The hospitality of this institution is lame. On my 3rd day in work out, receptionist said no one will help you ( due I ask what is the next Mashine) till you not purchase personal training packages for 1200 AED, if you don’t like a trainer you can change. Seriously, I still did not try properly to make a choose.my friend was right about this gym is a bad choice, definitely!

The best gym in the community, really spacious and well-equipped with amazing helpful staff. The prices are not high and attractive. I personally enjoy the group trainings and the music inside 🏋️‍♀️🧘‍♀️

Receptionist is too rude. No proper reply to customers. By telephone answer I assume service also might worst. I’m not going to join.

Banquet and nice people with reception, excellent instructors in orientation and training, good place hygiene, sterilization on every device that is used ♡
