Not coming back for sureThey dont care about the customers that for sure , be careful not to come any bit late because they wouldnt allow you to access the class and you would lose the class money without any compensation from their side. This was first and for sure the last time . This would be avoided if they care about the customers and know some customer care techniques such as smile , empathy , problem solving , etc.. , instead of their arrogant behavior and poor customer care

Nice Staff, but very odd setup - men have to cross a fitness room to go to their wash room. Everything feels very tight. On the other hand the joint has a motivating atmosphere...

I tried a few classes and I loved it! I am now a monthly member. The classes are well organised and the instructors are brilliant! The music, lighting and set-up in the studios also makes for a fun workout. My favourite classes are Spin, HIIT and boxing. The coffee shop also offers delicious and healthy beverages at really good prices. I highly recommend this gym, especially if you are living in the JBR Marina area.
