If you dont want to experience poor service, dont bother ordering online. I have ordered twice online and twice they have screwed up. 1st time order was completely canceled. This time, 2 days late and they delivered a wrong item. Tragic service, just tragic.

Must visit high end Spanish products .. I cant stop buying from them .. you may find the prices a bit higher than normal grocery local prices but the marvellous taste talks about their products.. also you may find that it is located in the middle of warehouses but I assure you that you will fall in love with the place from inside.. when you go there ask for Abbas and he will give you best advices and recommendations..

I am a big fan of Spanish olives thats why I always buy from the Spanish stand in Global village. Finally i got to visit their store in Al Quoz yesterday. The balsamic vinegar & jumbo olive recommendation is awesome. The atmosphere is lovely & the service is helpful & efficient. Very recommended shop if you care about quality. Go there, you wont regret it.

Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced! No reply to complain (email nor phone) of product that arrived in spoiled condition!1- I made an order for Christmas and they forgot to send it2- I called to claim and still didnt come...3- I called a second time, and they tell me now they dont have some of the main products I originally ordered (which were available when I made the order)4- Order finally arrives and the membrillo is spoiled.Note: I can understand sometimes this happens and its ok if you reimburse me or send me a new one.5- I sent an email with pictures of the spoiled product and no answer for days6- I finally call them and the say they will check and call me back, without any apology or empathy...Still waiting for the call...Im sorry, but my patience has a limit and you made sure to exceed it!!I want to make sure other people know my Christmas and New Year story.

Ordered through instashop but it turned out they had only half of my order in stock. They then refused to deliver because the minimum order amount was too low after they removed the out of stock items. Very disappointing experience. If you don’t have items in stock, don’t advertise them on an online platform only to refuse to fulfill the rest of a clients order.

Lovely helpful staff. Increasing amounts of Spanish products. Good variety specially on some of the fundamentals that supermarkets fail to provide. They also have a good variety of kitchen hardware. Including some traditional clay pots and paella pans.
