They’re selling rotten vegetables and acting it’s still good. I bought corn yesterday and it was rotten. Need to be reported to consumer protection

Carrefour is an excellent supermarket for all essentials as well as luxury items and tools. It is associated with a mobile app that enables clients to accrue points for shopping there. I believe this is one of the best places to shop. The place is clean, sanitized regularly, and well organized. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it.

Im glad they introduced Scan and Go using your own mobile phone. Its great we can bypass the cashier and virtually just leave the store after paying through the app.

Compared to the carrefour in bur dubai its expensive in Springs

It’s clean compared to the mall of Emirates and is well stocked but it’s an expensive outlet compared to other branches the salad and veg section prices are extortionate. Kibsons is much better for fresh produce hands down and they don’t try to rip you off. No matter how carefully I read the price tags under the food items, when I get my bill I’m always overcharged for something. This time it was Al Kabeer zing frozen fish 390g. The price label under the fish was 16.50. When I read my receipt after paying i’d paid 29.50. This happens every time I go to this branch for various items. You also have to be careful as they like to place the expensive items in the wrong place over cheaper item price tags so if you don’t check the bar codes for sure you’ll also have a nasty surprise when you read your receipt.

I am going to reverse my previous review of this store and say that they have stepped up and have really produced some great produce. Brussel sprouts the size of golf balls at amazing prices that taste amazing! It’s always great to get fresh and well priced produce from a bright and well stocked store.Well done! 5 stars!

Carrefour market at Springs Souq, nicely located near the Springs and Meadows area. There we can fined all the essential household need and many things more.

Mr Ariel the manager and all his Staff in carrefour springs souk are so very helpful and friendly. They always try and get anything in stock for you if they dont have it. Great job guys.

Things are getting easier to find and the Carrefour and Share apps are now joined up properly, so all is well

Very disappointed with prices! Have been shopping with Carrefour since 10 yrs and have not experienced such disparity between prices shown and prices charged. After spending an additional half an hour, finally got reimbursed 80AED! I request all customers to be mindful of what you are paying for...I understand its just been opened but a business like Carrefour can certainly do better with price check and balance.

Air conditions not working which may affect the food and not very good for customers to stay longer for shopping, less varieties comparing to other branches, noises every where from the staff, kids running with the trolleys, it was my first and last visit today, I wasted my time and did not find good food quality. I am requesting Carrefour management to audit this branch and improve it further

Not as you would expect from the hyper market of carrefour but can be good alternative due to proximity to Emirates Hills community, having said this; another caveat is the price difference which is strange as most of the fresh food, fish, meat, etc . Are higher in price tag compared to those same but In the hyper market which is very awkward practice from a big chain like carrefour.Last visit, the AC were dripping water in all the market and very small buckets were scattered all over to collect water falling from the ceiling.... shame to happen in a new mall less than a year old.Overall, if you are buying your weekly groceries, go to the big supermarkets and if you buy small; then you can get it from this branch in springs souk to save time.

The springs souq carrefour markt that opened in 2018.The store is big enough and have everything needed for the daily grocery and household.It doesnt have the electronics, toys and clothes section.Working hours from 9 am till midnight.

Nice, organised (tight in some spaces) but nice and hard working staff. But god is this grocery place overpriced. 1200 dirhams for a cart full of stuff. Either Dubais gotten really expensive, or Carrefour is a rip off.
